“Amazing stay Lotte Seattle”
Lotte hotel at Seattle was one of the best overall hotel experiences I have ever had. I am generally able to find one minor flaw in every hotel that I go to, but at Lotte there was no minor flow I could find, from the rooms to housekeeping to reception staff to the 1st floor staff (including rusty)… more

“Thank you, Kara and Tiffany and Arthur!”
I visited in early May on a work retreat and would like to give a few particular shoutouts to Kara Lee, Tiffany Hing, and Arthur with concierge. There were many helpful staff members, but those three made the entire visit extra lovely.

“A fun weekend in Seattle”
Great property, with a top class lounge/restaurant. The showers and bathrooms were great and rooms clean and comfortable. Shout out to the house car driver team Phillip and Arthur. They were knowledgeable and helpful.
