“Hidden Secret”
While "The Franklin" is located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. It is located off the busy, noisy streets of downtown (yet just a block away from all the action). “Sweet boutique hotel”
Just stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel- It was lovely! Each room is uniquely decorated and quiet, clean and well- appointed. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. The best part is the warm hospitality of the staff. It’s my go- to place to stay in Philadelphia!

“Always a lovely place to stay”
We love staying here. We've been in two different rooms, and both were nice, fun and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and decent folk. The location is killer! The Square is steps away of course, but also Bottega Rittenhouse, Parc, Via Locusta, Black Sheep.

“Great Rittenhouse Sq. Location”
This boutique hotel has LOCATION going for it - walking, bus transportation, rail transport from suburban station, etc. We found the rooms small, the complimentary breakfast "average", but the staff were very competent and professional.
