“A help for a family: and emergency acvomodation turned into a fantastic stay”
Due to a flight cancellation, we had a 3 day stay. Bilbso was overbooked due to the eclipse. This hotel responded quickly and positively in the middle of the night and sorted accomodation for us and our two kids. We had 3 wonderful days and we pland to reserve next year at this hotel!

“Great location”
Great base for exploring Bilbao. Rooms decent size and clean. Nice bar area to chill and a pool table. You can get the lift down to the gym from the lobby turn left then first right and you are at the underground within a few mins. Also bakeries and mini supermarkets etc within a few mins walk. … more

“Very nice and relaxing stay!”
We enjoyed staying in Occidental hotel. It has been a pleasure! The hotel is not to far from the city centre, metro is nearby. The area of the hotel has enough good bars and the pool was a plus.
