“Great place to stay”
As soon as you are entering the Hotel, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The receptionist were very efficient as they assisted us to make sure we got our keys to our room.

“206 tour”
Pilgrimage was great. Hotel was awesome. Friendly service. Bed was comfortable. Need English speaking movies on TV. Shower was dynamic. What else can I say!

I was on a Caravan Tour which included a two night stay at Barcelo Mexico Reforma on April 24. I had a lovely, comfortable stay. “Double beds? Get room on higher floors”
Our room wasn’t available till after 9 pm-that was weird. Room was huge and shower (rain like) was great. The buffet was great. The staff were professional but not friendly. Do not get a room that is next to road. Very noisy with traffic pretty much all the time Lastly we had two double bed… more
