I would like to express my Gratitude to the wonderfull team that makes my stay to perfection . The moment i book the staycation and being assisted by kamal was absolutely accomodating , thru email till we arrived . thanks for your assistance in creating memorable experience to my family and preparing some ameneties for my wife’s bday .they we’re trully surprised 🥰🥰🎂🎂. secondly the security officer who has a warm smile the we felt mostly welcome , Mr Syam from front office was very nice also in accomodating and being patience in my late request , Thanks for your very positive attitude . The bar drinks and staffs are also nice and obviously they follow a service standard on serving our drinks 🍻🍻. All in all our stay was absolutely wonderfull and i will recommend to friends . Good for a staycation Hotel, as the only Accor hotel in JB, was quite fully booked which i believed is due to the above Staff are all wonderful and rooms are ok too. Good for a staycation Hotel, as the only Accor hotel in JB, was quite fully booked which i believed is due to the above Staff are all wonderful and rooms are ok too. My 2nd stay at the hotel and may go back soon for relaxation. However, have some pointers for improvement. 1) might be good to have a spa or at least a place for massage. As guest like me, I would prefer to stay in the hotel just to relax and a spa would do just that, since the hotel doesn't have a pool. Maybe to add a pool in the spa would be even better. 2) food at lobby need to be improved. Beef was almost well done when I've ordered medium. Laksa was tasteless. Welcome drinks dun include alcohol, even for gold and above? 3) maybe a complementary or even paid hourly transportation to and from a nearby mall? That would definitely increase the popularity of the hotel, since the hotel is quite a distance from anywhere. And not all drivers like to drive around JB just to go to a mall. 4) Carpark should have at least a barrier or security officer 24/7 as anyone could enter the carpark presently. 5) Would be good to at least have conditional in bath room as our hair got entangled after washing our hair with the 3 in 1 soap.
