Just returned from a 5 night stay , can not fault this hotel at all . Staff were amazing hotel was excellent. We booked through on the beach . I emailed the hotel direct a few weeks prior to see if they they offered airport transfer and they did , Maria was absolutely brilliant on the email arranging this , we had private transfer and Maurizto messaged me to say he was waiting outside and was brilliant. Only took about 30 mins and cost euro 65 . Hotel also arranged from transfer back too . ( if you are on early flight they will also do you a breakfast bag to go which was brilliant too ) Our room Was lovely king size bed and large sofa bed converted into bed ( teenager said bed was very comfy ) there is a fridge in room which was great and coffee machine , there is also a safe , steam Iron and in our room couple of the sockets had usb ports , air con Shower lovely and had shampoo and shower gel , we had email from hotel checking how we were settling in and just asking on feedback to which I just said could of done with more coffee pods and coat handles the next day knockOn door with all Of this ! How amazing service ! Breakfast lovely served 7am -10am and lovely can’t fault it . Swimming pool absolutely brilliant and so happy to booked hotel with pool as was 40deg so was lovely to come back and co Off , also had a pool day and chilled round the pool and had light snacks and drinks . They serve snack food until 9pm in hotel and drink until 11pm nice seating and lighting outside About 15 min walk to metro ( turn left outside hotel up to top of road and turn left all way down there ( just passed mc Donald’s ) also some other shop up there to to get your bus pass ( one with t outside) bus tickets includes metro too eur 150 for 100 min ( remember if on bus you must tap it to validate it ) bus conductors do get on we had one on ours ) there is bus stop outside takes you to city and we also went to trastervere too ( took 2 stops) . We also walked to Vatican took approx 40 mins not ideal in heat but did it early morning . Metro is by far east but if you don’t fancy walk you have bus option outside . Lovely restaurant just 3mins down road called Ristorante Arturo turn right outside hotel ( shut on Mondays ) , it’s just before Crown plaza hotel which is also has a restaurant you can go to too. We also walked past crown plaza to end of road At lights then turned right and about another 5 min walk and found little sushi bar called nana sushi we had take out and took it back to room ( caught the bus back ) few other little restaurants there and then carry on walking up there is a little fair little ones on right hand side ( just past pharmacy) We booked a lot of our trips with get your guide and never had any issues . Hope this of help . ( dont forgot water bottles to fill up as lots of water fountains in the city. )
