This is our fave place to stay when we come to Paris. This was our 3rd stay here and Lavinnia still remembered us! We really enjoy the lounge/bar after a long day walking around Paris. Some names need to be dropped here Lavinnia, Kika, Florian and Nassib for going out of their way and making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny! The rooms are small but very very comfy! We will most def be back! Thank you!!!

Hubby and I booked this hotel as we had stayed in this hotel in London and loved their rooms etc. The hotel is right beside the train station Gare de Lyon. There are restaurants and few suburbs if you dare to walk a bit from the hotel. There are also stores, like Carrefour express and others if you want to buy juice, coffee, tea elsewhere apart from the hotel. The hotel is reasonably priced. We stayed on the 5th floor in a corner room with a view of the clock. Check in is digital. There are people present to help you though. One enters from the street and takes the elevator to the 1st floor. The hotel is clean. Had a lobby, working space , a bar and restaurant. There are also machines where small foods can be purchased. Water is avilable too here. The room was spacious with amneties needed for our stay. Shampoo, toilet paper, conditioner, lotion etc. All is controlled with an ipad. That is, the temperature of the room, the blinds, the curtains, the tv, the lights etc. Really nice. One can eve google cast from their phone to watch one prefers. The bed was large and very comfortable. All worked very well. There should be a charging station on the side of the bed toward the wall/window. Secondly, although this is a fantastic hotel, it is a bit away from the sites- Louvre, Eiffel tower etc. So think about htis when booking. I do not regret my booking at all, however on the map the hotel looked closer to all the sites than expected. Uber and Bolt are available. ;) The staff were wonderful. One could store luggage if you happen to have to check out and your flight leaves later in the day. Thank you sooo very much for your service. We WILL be back and staying with you ...again!! :)

I had never stayed at a CitizenM Hotel before so it came as a bit of a surprise as to how it all works. It is budget friendly with a bit of quality in some ways and cut price in others. I was taken back by the check-in process being all iPads with large table (no desk) but it works. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but very small. The hotels facilities as far as lounge/bar, computer/media area were fabulous. I can see how the concept works. The breakfast was very good, and they have proper trained baristas - winning!!! The location was awful. I chose it as I needed to get the train, but it was so far from anything else. Having said that, I had an easy walk to Gare de Lyon Station after checking out.

Our room on the 14th floor was clean and adequate for a one night stay before our early morning departure from Gare de Lyon which is a very short walk away. However, having the double bed squashed against the window so one person had no option but to climb over the other to get in and out of bed was really unnecessarily mean with space for a modern tower block - I'm used to tiny room in old Parisian buildings but this was really too tight for space!
