What happens if I am late to pick my car up or to return it back at the car rental office?

When making the booking you need to indicate a time slot to pick the car up and to return it, but if you can't collect or return the car within the hours selected, you must inform the car rental office.
Please note that if you return it later, the company can charge you for an extra day.
