Travelled as a family of 5 (including our 7-year-old son and grandparents) during the Easter holidays from 3.4.26–13.4.26. It was our first time visiting Djerba Island, and overall we came away with only positive feelings. When we first arrived, the weather wasn’t great, but it improved quickly and became hotter every day, reaching over 25°C. We had a small issue with our room initially, but it was resolved very quickly and we were relocated in no time, which we appreciated. The hotel is located close to the airport, very clean, and only a short walk from the beach. There are plenty of sports activities available and several swimming pools, including a heated indoor pool. We also felt very safe leaving the hotel grounds, and there are a few local shops nearby. We tried all three à la carte restaurants, each with a lovely atmosphere. The main buffet restaurant also offered a great variety of food every day. We’re a sporty family, so we joined lots of activities throughout the day. The entertainment team was super friendly and there was always something going on. The evening shows were enjoyable too. Our son Oskar loves football and really enjoyed the sessions with Billy. We also joined several fitness workouts with Ashley and Marcela to try and stay in shape while eating so much food — haha! There’s also a fantastic tennis area, very well maintained by Mehdi. The outdoor pools were still quite cold in April, but the heated indoor pool made up for it. The beach was clean, with a beach bar, snacks, and beautiful views. You will find horses and camels at the beach which makes it what Djerba is about. In the evenings there was a kids’ disco followed by entertainment shows. DJ Can kept the atmosphere going with great music until midnight, and the lovely singer who is also part of the crew was a pleasure to listen to. Ati and Akrem were always around, overseeing everything and ready to help whenever needed. We also went and explored the island with a private tour around Djerbahood and markets. Great hotel. We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it closed, so we had to find a replacement in a hurry and chose this oneand we weren’t disappointed. We were a family of two adults and two children, ages 7 and 1. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, with a good location and a clean beach. The room was well-located, not far from the reception, restaurant, and bar. The room is spacious but a bit worn, and the soundproofing is lacking. The food in the main restaurant is simply wonderfu –everything is delicious, fresh, not too salty, and always varied. There was a large selection of meat dishes, but fewer options for fish and seafood. There was a wide selection of desserts, though there weren’t enough local Middle Eastern sweets – they were only available on Mondays.The hotel grounds are beautiful. I also really liked the pools – especially the indoor one and the water park. The hotel staff is simply magnificent; everyone is always ready to serve and assist. I’d especially like to mention the entertainment team –the guys gave it their all, working from morning till night to make sure our stay was filled with fun and joy. The kids’ animators was fantastic – thanks to Mia, Joanna, Hannah, Raouf, and the other entertainers from the kids’ club. They really made the kids happy during the day and got the party started at the mini-disco in the evening. Unfortunately, we hardly attended the evening events, but they were also wonderful. We’re so glad we stayed at this hotel.

Stayed for a week and had a great time. Staff are all very friendly and working hard all the time. Special thanks to Mya and the kids team and also Mohammed at the aqua bar. Room was adequate for the 3 of us and luckily we had interconnected to the grandparents which was really handy. The grounds are well maintained and the hotel is spread out so although large doesn’t feel too overwhelming. Plenty of loungers by the pools we didn’t have any issues finding space any time of the day. Pools are a little chilly but didn’t stop us enjoying them. Food was good but perhaps not the cast selection some may expect but the puddings were delicious. Hotel has some areas that have signs of wear and tear and in need of maintenance but it didn’t affect us at all. The only slight downside for us was although the beach is beautiful as it is public there was quite a bit of rubbish broken plastic and glass and lots of poo from the camels and horses where locals are offering rides. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault or within their control but when tracking with a small child we just had to extra careful when we were there. All in all a great holiday and we would 💯 come back.
