We have just arrived back from a week long stay here and feel I need to write this review to give a positive view on this property. If you want 5* pay for a 5* experience. This hotel is a 3*. The rooms are big and spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable with large balconies. The maids came in every day which is more than other properties we have stayed at. The pool and sunbathing area along with pool bar were great and you could get snacks such as burgers, hotdogs and chips throughout the day between 3-6pm. The only fault I have personally is there is not a lot of shaded areas or parasols for the size of the area or guests but this is just my personal opinion. The entertainment team are fantastic! iker goes above and beyond during the day to make your stay memorable. He encourages all the children to participate and get involved which we loved. I have seen less entertainment during the day at better rated hotels. We found the choice of food ok… there was always something to eat and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Again this is a 3* property if you want fancy dining options then I would go 4/5*. There were live singers in the bar in the evening and a good selection of drinks available. We did go out on a couple of occasions into Caleta De Fuste which is beautiful and would highly recommend, a taxi is 4/5 euros and can be booked with reception. The staff we came across were all helpful, friendly and all had a smile. After reading the reviews prior to us arriving I was a little apprehensive but at the same time we got an absolute bargain for school summer holidays and I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely return.

Right I've just got back so here's my honest views. Family of six , kids are 16,12,9 and a baby. We go on holiday three times a year. Pool is lovely , entertainment team are great, inflatable in the pool, water mat, sumo wrestling, mini golf, darts , aqua aerobics. You will get absolutely sick of hearing "woohoo" 🤣 cannot fault iker the entertainer at all! Pool bar is good because you get your own fizzy drinks so there isnt big queues! And there is music played around the pool during the day. I was disappointed that there was barley enough sunbeds especially for summer holidays. We usually get two beds as we don't believe in all the kids having one when they are mainly in the pool , and we still struggled to get two. There's about six umbrellas and they go quick too. I would say people wait from about 8am and the beds aren't unlocked until around 9/9:30am 🙃. Food- not going to lie, this is where I was SHOCKED. Every all inclusive I've ever been to is a big hall and there is loads of choice. This place is tiny and there is 10 trays of food which isn't a lot, a tray of potatoes (which looked awful) and a tray of veg. There's about 4 dessert options. I ate pasta most the time, the cheese and ham toasties at the pool bar are lovely, chips are good, the cheese and ham quesadilla was lovely on mexican night. There wasn't a time I couldn't eat, I was just really shocked at how little choice there was. That being said, if you have the money, a taxi to town is 4 euro and there's loads of places to eat , if you can eat out a couple of times it will make it more bearable. The place isn't pram friendly at all. We were aware of the lift situation and that's fine we carried the pram up the 9 steps but it was trying to get a pram round the tiny restaurant. Evening entertainment is standard which in my opinion is pretty much the same in all all inclusive holidays , kids disco which is the same as everywhere, karaoke, quiz night, bingo etc. we only did karaoke, with having a small baby we were in bed 9/10 most nights. Taxis are very readily available which is fantastic as we have struggled with this on other holidays and like I said 4 euro into town is well worth it! There is nothing around the hotel. Would I come back? If it was as cheap as it was this time, yes. Only let down is the food. It's funny, I say it's definitely not my favourite hotel I've visited, far from it BUT it was one of my favourite holidays 💁. Water park is well worth a visit was a great day!! Not too big and plenty of sunbeds! If we didn't have the baby I would of probably got the return next day ticket. We also read so many bad reviews and was worried but don't be. Yea food isn't great, it's not suitable for wheelchairs or prams but entertainment team are great, youre a short taxi ride away from town, staff were friendly! ah another thing! Small ants in the room !! This was a problem as there were going in my breast pump parts. I got two of them plastic any traps from Lidl, and that stopped them! So if you can, pre buy the ant traps and take two with you , I put one by sink and one by patio door!!

The Hotel is dated, bedroom fixtures are falling apart, bathroom had broken floor tiles and a rusty bath. We went all inclusive and struggled with the low quality food selection that was presented ! fruit that looked out of date, but was presented to you day in day out and little change to the men… more

The Hotel is dated, bedroom fixtures are falling apart, bathroom had broken floor tiles and a rusty bath. We went all inclusive and struggled with the low quality food selection that was presented ! fruit that looked out of date, but was presented to you day in day out and little change to the menu throughout the week, we ate out a few days as couldn't face it. The pool snacks were also unappealing and always cold. Bar / entertainment area was cramped and very hot as the air-conditioning didn't work. Just to highlight the rooms don't have air-conditioning, the lift in the foyer is out of order and the food was barely edible at times.
