“Lovely hotel”
A lovely hotel that we have visited a number of times. Check in quick - rooms next to family which we’d requested. Looking out onto pool area. “A good experience but hidden fees lurk.”
Overall a lovely experience at the hotel. The only exception is the fact that the use of the safe in the room is not included as standard in the room fee, you have to pay a fee on arrival to get the safe activated. I would have thought it should be included in an all inclusive holiday but it isn't.

“Good but not great”
Here at the moment. Generally have been enjoying everything however the service is poor. Mentioned to reception there were bugs in the bed and they didn’t believe me, just pulled a “I don’t think so” face. Bars always a queue, needs more than one person serving.
