This hotel deserves 5 stars. Our room was clean, bed was made everyday and we had a lovely bathroom and the lightning is great. The staff are lovely and ready to help. They put on different types of entertainment each night in the bar and there is a board infront of the bar with all the different times and activities so you are able to check what will be on which is very helpful. Shoutout to Clara and the other staff for making the aqua gym, and the animation team for making the evening entertainment really fun The hotel is incredibly close to the beach, literally a 3 minute walk from reception to the main part of the beach, there is a bus stop really close by and there are also 2 shops also in walking distance. The atmosphere is really nice paired with the relaxing climate and at night it’s not usually noisy, some laughs outside here and there but overall it’s quiet. About value for money, even though it was quite expensive many holidays nowadays are but even so, the hotel is lovely so I think it was worth it and we would love to come back in the future. The food was lovely, and there was a good variety of foods as well. Shoutout to the worker making the stir fry’s they were really nice haha. This didn’t bother us that much but one thing I would point out is that if you are away from your sun beds for more than 30 minutes, the lifeguard will take away your towels but they’ll give them back once you return - this is so everyone gets a chance of having a sun bed. Overall, i really recommend this hotel! we stayed for 9 nights by the way.

“Excellent”

It was a lovely hotel. The staff was lovely. The food was exceptional. Minutes from the beach. I only have one moan, the pool wasnt big enough for the amount of guests, and with lots of children it got very over crowded. And not enough sunbeds. But overall it was a great hotel.

Went with my partner and 6 year old. Had a lovely all inclusive holiday, Staff work very hard especially the animations team who were brilliant day and night with the kids. Rooms cleaned every day and surroundings very clean. Food was enjoyable, good variety and different themes each night such as Mexican, Asian. Negatives - Towards the end of our holiday, we and others started seeing notices on our sunbeds after returning from lunch (approx 30mins) the lifeguard seemed to get much pleasure from timing people. We were slightly longer than the allowed 30 mins due to the queue for the food one day. Completely appreciate it is unfair to leave towels on the sunbeds for long period of times but let’s be real, you are not going to take all belongings/ leave sunbeds when the family have set up for a day at the pool to go a few feet into the restaurant area for a quick lunch and lose your place. The pool is not the biggest for busy periods but we found it disappointing no lilos/ rubber rings were aloud! First few days they were allowed in the pool - by the end, the lifeguard was very much enjoying tell the same families no and a sign was put up on our last day. Pool was very clean - cleaned every night. Flew from Barcelona and hotel was last drop off on the way, took approx 2.5 hours which we said we would never do again and go from Reus airport if we return :)
