“Perfect relaxing holiday”
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The room was amazing. i can't rate the restaurant staff enough, they worked so hard and always so polite, especially the lovey young men you have working for you. We will definitely be back.

“Pleased with the people service but disappointed with false advertising”
I am currently at Riu Palace Tres Isla and yes it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service . But , if I book a room with a sea view I expect a room with a sea view overlooking the pools as in the picture on the website. STOP this false advertising. “Amazing”
The staff are so friendly. The hotel is very clean. The food was amazing. Superb salads and hot food, was hot! Beach is just beautiful with a Carribean feel.
