“Wonderful stay for large groups of friends and family.”

This is a very large hotel with a lot of guests, mostly Spanish families which is a good sign when in Spain. We were a group of 10 adults , family and friends and was a good choice for a large group. Check in was slow but all the desks were open and the staff were doing it efficiently and as quick as possible. We requested rooms near to one another via email and they managed to put us together. The staff work SO hard and do not stop! All the staff from bar staff to reception to waiters and cleaners all do their best to make sure your stay is one to remember. We always went to the smaller pool at the back of the hotel beachside and always got a bed; the large pool was great for kids and noise, not for us. Food was always good, probably one of the better buffet dining rooms we have experienced… breakfast was very good. We ate out in the evening a few times for variety and to not have buffet style. Location is perfect, right on the beach and enough bars and restaurants on the doorstep left and right, front and back. Would recommend for value and location and only 10 mins from airport!!!

“Great!”

Group of 8 from ages 19 to 58. Great hotel. Busy peak season, so the restaurant is very busy when food is out. Big hotel surroundings so lots of places to find an area to sit. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff all friendly.

Last day at this hotel -this place is absolutely huge. - check-in slow - rooms overlooking the pool very modern and clean - huge swimming pools - great facilities - probably the best hotel buffet we've experienced - drinks expensive if not all inclusive - poolside areas need a deep clean with slippery and dirty slabs and smelly drains - house keeping team fantastic - entertainment average. Would stay again.

“Found more bad than good”

Just back from this hotel and have mixed feelings about it. Starting with the good, the hotel is beautiful the pool is amazing and the food is best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Now the problems i didn’t realise when I booked that there also a high rise building because most pics show the family suite buildings. I don’t go in lifts so wouldn’t have went there if I’d known. We got the third floor when we arrived so I was happy with that, until I seen the room very small very dated had a cot in it?? My youngest is nearly 6 and “the view” was of a car park and building works with portaloos. I asked if we could move which they let us but up the top of the hotel so being myself with 2 kids I had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times a day in heat I was exhausted. I was shouted at by staff for not knowing my room number the day I changed rooms as reception hadn’t given me it yet. Me and my 2 kids had to share a bed, the air conditioning was awful, only one day our room was cleaned properly. Every day just going for lunch we’d come back to a notice on the sun bed saying our stuff was being taken away. I feel like the bar staff prioritised paying customers over all inclusive. I was literally ignored a few times and people standing behind me served. One of the bar men said to me cash or card I said I’m all inclusive and realised my band had turned round, I laughed and said sorry I hadn’t noticed, he looked so annoyed and said if I wasn’t on right I’d be charged next time! I went to the snack bar for food not part of AI, I went for ice cream for the kids not part of AI, my kids went into what we discovered was the other snack bar and told to get out as one of my sons never had a top on. This is perfectly reasonable on a restaurant but a pool snack bar? Someone took one of the towels you get from hotel, I went to reception and again spoken to like a child by receptionist. Our key card didn’t work one night after walking up 20 flights of stairs I said no way was I going back down so my oldest son went down, he went to speak to reception they wouldn’t even listen to him and just kept saying no has to be an adult so there I had to go away back down then walk back up all the stairs! I never felt relaxed once. It was so crowded it became impossible to move in the pool and the crowds in the restaurant was ridiculous, my son got knocked over, shoved by grown men we couldn’t find a table half the time and had to just stand about waiting. We couldn’t get a sun lounger because I wasn’t willing to do the battle first thing in the morning for a bed. Beautiful hotel but definitely won’t be going back
