Family group of 6 one adult wheelchair user. This hotel is very clean the staff do speak some English. Check in was a bit confusing we had booked a disabled room the staff said not. But I had all our confirmation letters so this was sorted out quickly and our room was ready when we checked in at 12.30pm. But our son family room was not ready untill 3.00pm. We were not told on a 7 day stay you can book 1 vist to the steak House which is the pool bar on a evening. But we went to reception and Pepy sort this out for us. Most bar staff speak some English and the buffet staff too. The food was good the Wok staion is very good. The only down side with the food is the hamburgers are not cooked full they were still pink on the edges and in the middle we did take our grand daughter back and asked for it to be cooked longer. This hotel is not near any thing else even the little town near has nothing much. The beach too has 1 restaurant on it but we never saw it open. If you want a totally chilled out holiday this hotel is great. Another good thing is the pool dose not open till 10.00am so there is no sun bed reserved before then. This hotel was great for a 1 week holiday

ANIMACIÓN This has been our fourth summer staying at Hotel Best, and every year my children enjoy it even more. A big reason for this is the fantastic variety of entertainment on offer. Although I don't leave my children at the kids' club, I spend a lot of time there with my 3-year-old and 5-year-old, who love drawing, arts and crafts, bingo, and the soft play area. Because I'm there with them, I've seen first-hand just how hard the kids' club staff work. I'd especially like to mention Natalia, Paloma, Erika and Angela. These lovely, well-mannered young women have always been so approachable, kind, and caring towards my children, as well as every other child at the club. Their patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care really stand out. As one of the few parents who stays at the kids' club, I've seen that some children can be quite challenging at times. Despite this, the staff remain calm, patient, and professional, and they do an outstanding job. They are a real credit to Hotel Best and have helped make our family holidays so memorable. Thank you for everything girls. I’d also like to mention Raul who does a fantastic job at entertaining adults by the pool with his Aqua Zumba and variety of games. BRASERIA The food at the Braseria was lovely, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. We arrived for our 9:30 pm reservation and didn't receive our food until around 10:40 pm. This wasn't ideal with two young children, who were already eating much later than their usual dinner time. I also felt that the staff at the Braseria weren't as friendly or welcoming as those in the main restaurant. In contrast, the service in the main dining hall was excellent. I'd especially like to mention a lovely young lady called Sara, who went out of her way to bring my three-year-old a cup of milk when she became upset during dinner. It's those small acts of kindness that really make a difference and show who genuinely cares about their guests. Sara's warmth and attentiveness were greatly appreciated, and she is a real credit to the hotel. The cleaning staff are excellent. The hotel is always spotless, and it's clear to see how hard the team works to maintain such high standards throughout the day. Overall, we have had another wonderful week at the hotel and are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you to everyone who helped make our holiday so enjoyable!

This hotel is great! It sits in a beatufil location, with the beach just one minute across. The are around is not as developed so you will struggle to find anything to do outside the hotel unless you travel a bit. The hotel is modern and is always kept clean. The cleaning staff works so hard both in the bedrooms and the common areas. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good. It could lack variety if you are visiting during non so busy periods but we found out the food improved a lot towards the end of the stay when we it gor busier. Besides this, we always found something nice to eat. The facilities are great. The have 2 massive pools and a great splash park for the Kids. We never struggled finding a sun bed. The entertainment team also does a great job, always trying to keep everyone engaged; kids, adults, both spanish and foreign.. We would love to come back.
