It was a very competent and nice personal an the Food was delicious. It was very fun and for Family it will be also very fun because of the animations and the Beach near by. I remember the workers Regina and Iias which were very nice and got us everything we need but the reception was also very competent. I wolle give 5/5 Stars and will definitly come again to this hotel.

Just come back after a week at this hotel. Notes: Food was amazing but if you eat later such as 8.30/9 then some of the food has already gone....mainly the freshly cooked meat. The restaurant starts to pack up early as well so if u come in later its not the best as they are rushing around you. It closes earlier than normal hotels as well Drinks: i went all inclusive and the drinks (non premium) were nice and well made but only part of the package up to 11pm after which u have to pay for it. Was a shock for us as its the first time i have experienced that. Also they have this bizarre token scheme where u need a token to get a drink even in all inclusive and u have to return you glass to get a new drink. It felt like they are under staffed and this way we are cleaning up after ourselves which is fine but to return the empty glass u need to queue up again which is ridiculous. Glasses are small for a beer so u are going back to the bar very often. If u misplace your token its a €1 charge (again even if ur all inclusive!) Room: booked junior suit sea view. Advised them there is a 13 year old with us. So the room we got was with a separate shower and separate toilet and a sink in the room. This would be fine of adults only but with a teenager there was no where to change. U have to change in the wet shower or the toilet where the drain did smell. Or near the skin but they put a huge mirror there so everyone can see u! My son used to get changed behind the curtain....paid extra for a suit and had no where to change. They clearly gave my room away to some else as there was a cot in my room as well. Cleaning was average, not the best and some days towels were not given. Beach towels: you have to pay a deposit for this and you can only change them 3 times a week. Again never experienced this before. Very strange. U misplace your towel you lose your deposit. Hotel: was clean. Staff were ok some were helpful others just didnt clear or attempt to think outside of the box. Hotel is isolated and getting a taxi is difficult. The hotel uses some online system and all they will tell u is between 5 to 30 mins! One day the taxi man increased his price from 29 to 45 stating busy time. We had to agree only for him to then cancel and we only found out after we chased the receptionist for an update. At the waterpark it was the same unable to get through to a taxi firm would have had to walk back which although is 25 mins in over 30 degrees that would have been torture but a bus man did allow us to join him and he dropped us half way. Pool/ beach - pools were nice. Be quick if u want a sun bed as by 8am none are available yet no one is sitting on them! Beach has more seats but there are rocks on them so u just need to walk carefully however is still a nice beach. Overall i liked the hotel but its not the best. It felt like due to saving money on staff they have introduced ridiculous rules where we end up working as well. Can't misplace ur towel or tokens which isnt the best when you just want to relax. Restaurant and bar closes early too early for me as not everyone wakes up early to get a sunbed! Not a hotel i would come back to again. Definitely better ones on the island with nicer beaches.

Reception was very welcoming on arrival, and having a porter take our luggage to our room was a really welcome touch! It It’s a shame that two days later we experienced a really rude team member who was very dismissive about getting our pool towels changed. We were unaware on the changing days, so challenged this as we had just seen her give out two towels to the guests in the queue before us. Whilst we apologised for not being aware of this, she eye rolled and then gave us the towels anyway?!!! Very odd behaviour! The team in the restaurants, the maids, the bar team- they were all super friendly! The room has too much furniture in it. The two round tables next to the bed were unnecessary, and the large bench style furniture under the TV is too big for the room, a small dresser would suit much better. The bathroom needed re-grouting as looked grubby, and a sliding door on the shower would be super helpful to prevent the flooding of the bathroom floor. The seating on the generous sized balcony is poor quality and uncomfortable- sun loungers would be really appreciated up there to make use of the sea view and sunshine during the afternoon and evening sunset. The food was gorgeous every meal there was plenty on offer, however the hotel as whole would benefit from dining allocations to prevent the busy periods and the rush between 6:30-8:30. As a couple, we found all meal times to be quite stressful with the amount of young families getting dinner- the restaurant is very noisy and lacks atmosphere- other than chaos! The lifeguards are next to useless. We mainly used the pool by the beach which is lovely with the sea breeze, and the lifeguards sat up in the restaurant area where you can’t even see the pool, making voice notes on her phone and watching tik tok!!!! Thankfully we were on watch, as there were two little girls that fell into the deeper area of the pool who we supported when they couldn’t reach the floor. As good as useless!!! I also had to ask the bar team to keep an eye on the music, as we sat for 2 hours listening to the same 4 songs on repeat. Thankfully they rectified this, but it was a frustrating afternoon. And finally- the entertainment. As a whole the team worked hard during our week- the daytime activites seemed busy and the aqua fitness was engaging, the dancers were all very talented, and Allison was very friendly. However the entertainment “team leader” was as good as useless. He sat on his phone next to the stage most nights, actively ignoring children around him, and his team followed suit!!! He did not lead by example at all. When he had a moment on stage, he “performed” a number in the musicals show by sitting on a chair in the middle of the stage smoking a cigarette- at a family show!!!!!!! So out of touch. The team were all super talented, but I feel their leadership has let them down. We also noticed that there was no entertainment on Saturday night- which was a shambles! There was nowhere to go and nothing to do nearby except take our 6 kids in the group (all under 8!) to a bar at the top of the road to the hotel. I felt for lots of families that night with nothing to do. Even music or a playlist and turning the stage area lights on would have sufficed. Hotel management clearly have little eye for guest experience and guest journey- on the biggest night of the week!!!! When you book a hotel with entertainment, you expect something on every evening. It was a really great week- but the above detail for us means we don’t see the 4 star rating at all, and think that actually it’s closer to 3! We probably wouldn’t visit the hotel again, which is a shame, because we felt the holiday as a whole was fantastic, but we were let down with the details. The island itself is full of things to do and see and lots to explore. I’d definitely reccomend hiring a car for the week- a 4x4 if you can to go off the beaten track. It really is an island with something for everyone.
