  • Triple rooms in Africa are generally rooms with twin beds or a double, in which a folding bed is installed to accommodate the third person. Due to the inconvenience this causes, we advise against using this option as far the possible.
  • Check-in time at the hotel on the day of arrival depends on each establishment, but in no case will it be before 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.
  • It is mandatory to complete and sign a registration, compensation and liability waiver document before departure.

  • Luggage is limited to one large bag (sports bag or internal frame backpack) with a maximum weight of 20 kg and one small handheld bag or camera bag per person. Hard shell suitcases are not recommended as they may not fit in the truck compartments. A lock to close bags in the compartment is recommended.
  • Small groups of up to 16 people.
  • Tips of around €10 for the guide, €3 for local guides, and €10 for camp/accommodation staff per person per day are recommended.
  • A tip of around 20 pulas per person per day is also recommended for the local driver on the Okavango Delta tour, plus around 20 pulas per person per day for the local guide in the National Parks in Botswana.
  • Please check with your international vaccination centre about the recommended healthcare measures in Namibia.
  • Passengers travelling with minor children must carry a copy of their birth certificate, translated into English. In the event that minors travel with only one of their parents, they must also carry an authorisation, which has been signed before a notary or validated by the police of the country of origin, from the other parent.

  • Please check with your international vaccination centre about the recommended healthcare measures in Zimbabwe.
  • The order of the itinerary may be altered for logistical reasons, without prior notice, but no scheduled trips will be cancelled (except in the case that adverse weather conditions prevent its realisation).
  • A credit card is considered a guarantee, so sometimes you will need one for check-in at hotels.
  • Prices are calculated based on admission fees to the sights as of the date of publication. If there is an increase in these prices, you will be promptly informed.
  • If you are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us to confirm the suitability of the trip.
  • Consult the necessary documentation to enter the destinations visited and for transit in the countries where air stopovers are made.
