“Suitably price”
I was surpassed when the receptionist hand me the room towels. Immediately I got bad impression of the room I yet to check in to. However the room is clean and adequate but has an explainable smell which make me sneezed! Unfortunately I cant open the window to let in fresh air

“Decent for the price”
Took a bit of long walk to locate the hotel. Given 2 clean towels during check in. No bath mat in the room so have to walk around in wet feet but at least the floor is hard flooring that is decently clean. “Average”
It is what it is. For the price you pay. Can get below RM70 for 2 people when you book at agoda. Everything is slightly below average but is bearable. No malaysian tv channels. Thin blankets. Very old 5050 working aircond. Overall, OK.
