Sol azur ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location right by the beach and small walk to shops ect Value for money is amazing Another fantastic holiday our 3rd time here this year and it never disappoints, we went for my birthday week, just the two of us this time… Food is absolutely delicious we’ve never had a bad meal, always loads to choose from… the omelette in the morning are 10/10 and also the pizzas are probably the nicest we’ve ever had, all the food is amazing you never go hungry even for any fussy eaters they have chips different pastas ect Hotel it’s self is lovely so clean and the new updated bar is great, massive tv for the football and also has stage for entertainment and disco lights ect Staff - I could literally sit all day and write about the staff each and everyone of them are so friendly and nothing is too much for any of them ❤️ But recognition, where it is due: Saif Mhadhbi & Wael Debbichi & Gadour from the restaurant Absolutely a credit to your hotel, truly amazing guys, couldn’t ask for better people nothing is too much bother for them and they make you feel so welcome 🙏 honestly the hotel is lucky to have them Bar staff Again they are all amazing, but special shout out to Taher & Neji & Kais always on top of everything so welcoming and all together amazing guys Madame Dorsaf a truly lovely lady, always so welcoming and professional, makes your stay easy any help needed she’s your woman Thank you to our Sol azur family you all truly made my birthday week so special with cake and balloons 🎈 and everything you did, thank you all!! Nice hotel big bedrooms so plenty of space bit dated in places but spotless clean and the cleaning staff lovely. Not predominantly English and not many speak English so not a lot of communication. Food was typical and very samey but plenty of eateries outside. All inclusive drinks bit stingy never had a Pina colada in a sherry glass before 😂 . And tbh would not return .

The hotel is chronically dated. The closer you look the more apparent the cracks become. The hotel is rundown and honestly should be shut and renovated completely before accepting paying guests. The hotel is chronically dated. The closer you look the more apparent the cracks become. The hotel is rundown and honestly should be shut and renovated completely before accepting paying guests. It would be better to book the sister hotels as they are more functional as hotels and you are likely to have an ordinary or pleasant holiday experience there. You will be expected to constantly travel from Sol Azur to Royale Azur or Bel Azur for facilities and activities. However your all-inclusive drinks and food will not be accommodated for at other hotels or their beach areas, so you’ll constantly have to travel back and forth to get this. There is also no service to your loungers if you stayed at Sol Azur beachside. There is a difference in treatment between guests because of the difference in hotels so you always feel like you’re from the poor hotel. It’s very uncomfortable. The rooms at Sol Azur are poorly maintained and old. The lobby is overcrowded and in the evening there is an antisocial feel to the space. The lift hardly works so you’ll use the stairs a lot. The saving grace of the whole establishment is the wonderful staff who are no doubt working in very difficult conditions trying to make the experience less stressful for everyone. We enjoyed the food. The all inclusive package allows for breakfast lunch and dinner which was different every time, with a wide variety of well prepared food and desserts. Unfortunately your drinks are often served in paper cups of poor quality that fall apart after some time. I would not book this hotel again or stay here again and I would warn those considering to research before booking. Unfortunately we did not as we relied on Thomas Cook who are reporting this place as 4 star. It should be 2 or 3. Check for Bel Azur and Royale Azur instead.
