Visited just after New Year - first time at hotel but always go to Del Duque area. Had a top floor deluxe villa - decor slightly tired but the room was massive plus a terrace - plus an amazing view. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived - breakfast was great - would have like a poached egg option but everything else very fresh. We had lunch at the pool bar most days - great range and well cooked options. Had the buffet a couple of times - also great choice and service - also ate at the Italian a few times - again great food - they even made me a pizza where I basically changed whole pizza to a spicy meat based affair - the team were very accommodating - it was great. Pool area great - and lovely spot for a few late afternoon beers - Hotel bar great - nice atmosphere - we had booked to go elsewhere for next new year but cancelled that and rebooked here - we will be coming every year now. “Amazing hotel.”

Loved this hotel - everything first class but special thanks to the staff. Lovely gardens and everything spotless. We had a villa with solarium and whirlpool - loved it!

We had to change our original hotel to this one (at extra cost) and we were not disappointed. We had a beautiful villa which had a patio, sitting area, and a whirlpool. The villa was stunning, beds turned down every night with a chocolate left on your pillows, fresh towels left after your evening shower, just outstanding service. My husband and I felt like “stars’ with the amount of luxury given to us. Let me just get this negative out of the way and then it will get better. We checked out January 20th 2026 after staying in the hotel for 7 glorious nights. My husband was wearing his Oakley sunglasses whilst we were being taken to reception to check out. He knows he had them on as there are also pictures of him wearing them outside the hotel after we checked out.. So the events, we called for transport from our villa to reception, and then after check out we waited for 5-10mins for our private transfer to collect us from outside the hotel, my husband nipped in to use the toilet, came back outside and our transfer had arrived. We hopped in the cab and after 5 minutes he realised he didn’t have his sunglasses. So where are they, we; we emailed the hotel straight away with pictures asking if anyone staff or residents had handed them in. We were told negative, no staff or other holiday maker had handed the sunglasses in. He thinks he may have left them in the toilet downstairs by reception, or on the huge planters in the front of the hotel. It’s disappointing to think that possibly a member of staff has taken the glasses as we had made friends with various staff members in the hotel. And even though we have emailed the hotel and jet2 to investigate it has been met with a negative. It leaves a foul taste in your mouth to think that someone has happily stolen a pair of sunglasses. Moral to this review, don’t leave anything behind as it will gain legs and walk away. So the happier side Above aside, the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful, the service was second to none. We stayed bed and breakfast only and had room service twice. Room/ villa was stunning, just like a small house on a plantation, rustic, clean, spacious. Pools were all cold apart from one, and that’s the one that hosted aqua aerobics so you couldn’t really have a relaxing time around that pool at all. We found a lovely quiet area adults only and it was beautiful, quiet sun trap. Yes you have to move the beds to chase the sun but small price for winter sun. The pool bars were waiter service, everything is charged to the room just for convenience. We did pay a few times via card but ended up happily signing away. Like always you are cautious on protocol and processes so always a bit weary at the start🫢🫢, then we chilled the heck out…… Villa was cleaned daily twice a day. Can’t fault the cleanliness of everything and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. Designer shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion on hand in the villa and facilities around the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, and is absolutely fantastic, from breads, pastries, full cooked breakfast foods, you can ask for fried eggs or they do eggs of the day poached boiled etc,also a great selection of gluten free foods for breakfast in a separate area, which as someone who isn’t gluten free I thought that was a great way to serve the food. There is cava to hand, freshly squeezed orange juice and other fruit juices to try, lots of fresh fruits, cereals, grains etc. all in all a very wide spread of good quality food. On receptionist they have for sale the scent that smell on the hotel I think it was only €12, there is also a glass jewellery cabinet in reception where I could have spent all of my money on. But I managed to restrain myself and ended up with a couple of beautiful rings that my husband bought me. The hotel is a 15 walk from the main strip in Costa Adeje, yes there are hills but as someone with a spinal injury I managed the walk most days. Taxis are €5 from the strip to the hotel. The area is quite pricey it has to be said but show me somewhere in Europe that isn’t expensive these days…… Would we return, yes even though the whole sunglasses saga. Beautiful, clean hotel, set in a beautiful, hilly area close to the beach. Physical activities offered to adults during the day. Busy programme for children. No evening entertainment provided. Beautiful, clean hotel, set in a beautiful, hilly area close to the beach. Physical activities offered to adults during the day. Busy programme for children. No evening entertainment provided. Good variety of food offered at the buffet for breakfast/evening meal although replenishment is very limited. Waited 15 minutes one morning for replenishment of Greek and strawberry yoghurt. Some food is lukewarm apart from what is cooked at the cooking station. There’s not always a member of staff to greet you at the entrance so sometimes have to wait a while. We ate out mainly so we could eat something hot most nights.
