“Luxury”
This hotel is awesome. On price versus experience, it's right up there with the best. As soon as you arrive you are impressed by the large reception hall. We were checked in efficiently. “A great hotel”
I've stayed at the sheraton in la caleta a few times over the years. What can I say it's a great hotel I would recommend it to anyone. The staff are friendly polite and helpful. And it's the staff that make this hotel for me

“Stand out feature is the staff - just wonderful”

“Just meet the expectation”
I stayed for 3 nights in early of June. Overall , they delivered what they stated in the website. However , as a Bonvoy titanium member , I didn't have a SNA offer but my 10 SNAs will expire in 30th of June. They couldn't offer me a better upgrade but they didn't.
