“Luxury”
This hotel is awesome. On price versus experience, it's right up there with the best. As soon as you arrive you are impressed by the large reception hall. We were checked in efficiently. “A great hotel”
I've stayed at the sheraton in la caleta a few times over the years. What can I say it's a great hotel I would recommend it to anyone. The staff are friendly polite and helpful. And it's the staff that make this hotel for me

Very nice hotel, (2nd visit), very friendly people and excellent service, just a couple of criticisms, there was no pool service and a bad shortage of sun bed parasols this was not good the hotel was busy and the weather was very hot. “Stand out feature is the staff - just wonderful”
Great stay. Spacious rooms, immaculately clean, super food and chilled atmosphere in lush grounds. Stand out feature here is the staff - extremely attentive and friendly. “Just meet the expectation”
I stayed for 3 nights in early of June. Overall , they delivered what they stated in the website. However , as a Bonvoy titanium member , I didn't have a SNA offer but my 10 SNAs will expire in 30th of June. They couldn't offer me a better upgrade but they didn't. The lounge closed for no reason.… more
