We’re here now and we’ve been so impressed with the hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of space and lovely views . We haven’t got a pool view, however we have mountains to the left and sea to the right. Lots to do for kids. Brilliant location, lots of bars and shops. Close to the beach. Food has been great loads of choice… I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

The rooms were spotless , cleaned on a regular basis. The location was very close to the beach and the reception team were prompt, polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

We arrived on our first family trip abroad with a ten and seven year old in tow during October half term 2025 . The transfer from the airport was a child friendly twenty five minutes. The hotel lobby is all nice and clean and the staff are fluent in English, Swedish and Spanish. The rooms are spacious and fit for purpose with a Chromecast mobile to TV arrangement for entertainment for those quiet moments between pool, beach and meals. There is a fridge with small freezer compartment. The air con was quiet and the balcony was safe for the little ones with glass panels mounted from floor to a height of 1.2 m. There are fold out rails for drying towels and swimwear and a balcony set. There is a car park, but it is not the most spacious at the shuttered entrance and collisions with walls are a risk for those not used to driving on the right. Hire cars can be obtained on the day within 5 minutes of informing front desk and costs about 70 euros a day. The pool is a busy hub of activity with the usual towel and sun lounger reserving shenanigans we've come to expect from our continentals partners and fellow brits, despite warning signs to the contrary. It was very busy almost the whole time and certain areas of the pool won't get any sun until the end of the day. So reserve your lounger accordingly. The pool has set activities laid on by the kids club and the staff with a lifeguard on duty at all times. There is a separate pool for infants. Both pools close at about 7 pm. The hotel is largely occupied by Swedish holiday makers and a significant proportion of the staff also being Swedish and a wonderful friendly people. Which is preferable to my family as we prefer to feel like we're not stuck at home. The beach is a 5 minutes, down hill walk, where knock off watches, sunglasses, football shirts and many other counterfeit brands await the eager chav so that they can brandish their fake bling in the local bars which are showing nothing but football matches on the big screen. Not every part of the local beach front is like this but it was hard to find the bits that weren't. The north african touts will hound you and support those who have severe alcohol addiction with a bevvy of tacky cocktails and beers at a premium with accompanying night club music. Perfect for a relaxing time on the sand which is probably black from all the fag ash. Literally, the kids were making sandcastles and the first few shovels of sand had fag butts in them. Lovely stuff. McDonald's awaits those desperate to sample the local Spanish cuisine, or if this is too much culture for you, burger king is just a bit further down the front. I should point out that the touts will target your children, peddling their plastic tat and the hair braiding women charge 25 euro per braid. My 7 yr old daughter was frequently targeted and the lady who braided her hair is now driving a Ferrari. Further down the beach the prices are closer to a wallet friendly 20 euro. Each braid takes about 10 minutes. Haggle or they will drain your wallet. Siam water park was a 10 euro taxi ride away. We got there for 9 am and managed to get all the rides done by lunch. We then used the fast passes for a second go around post lunch. The rides all have a minimum height of 1.25m which my 7 yr old was just talking enough. The rides are mostly 4 and 2 person rides. Anyone going as a family of 5 or 3 will be separated for most rides or have a stowaway. It cost about £300 for the day. Hotel services were very good throughout, but it is easy to get lost initially. If you're on floor 5, you will find some lifts don't go up to floor 5 and the layout of the hotel is the same throughout making navigation difficult. After a few days it gets easier. The hotel shop is great. The staff are all friendly chatty locals and the prices are very reasonable stocking plenty of snacks and drinks to keep little monsters full up and bits and bobs for the pool and beach. The 24hr hotel gym is well equipped for cardio trainers, but lacking a little in free weights. Dumbbells go up to 34kg pairs, olympic plates total about 120kg, which was not enough for me, and there's a variety of cables machines. Not perfect but enough to get by on holiday. Finally, food and drink. I have an allergy which is a major problem when traveling and it became more evident here. There is little to no allergy information displayed for the buffet meals, but there is some for the restaurant meals. I was lucky to avoid being hospitalised by having my wife test my food, but once, I did throw a fry in my mouth coated with chilli powder, which nearly did kill me. All previous nights they were just normal fries and I'd made the same assumption and nothing on the display to indicate otherwise. A frantic wash out of my mouth and antihistamine was enough to keep me out of the hospital. I haven't marked the hotel down for this as it is an unusual allergy and only a single occurrence by an inexperienced travelling allergy sufferer. For those with more severe responses, make sure your EpiPen is close by. Breakfasts were the best part of the day for me because I had more choices and the kids loved having donuts and pancakes for breakfast. So there you have it. The hotel was one of the best parts of Costa Adeje with travellers being at the mercy of the inevitable tourist trap as mentioned once outside the perimeter. Highly recommended.

My first ever review - Will get the bad point out the way…COCKROACHES!!!!! Our second night we went into our room and they were everywhere at least 7, I walked to the reception which is about a 5 minute walk down corridors in lifts, through a car garage with a baby and 2 other children to ask to stay in a different room. They called security with a can of bug spray to come get rid of them. He did and then went, we waited and then more appeared! We then walked all the way back to reception which they agreed to move us. They said get a few items to last us the night and then if we can change rooms permanently tomorrow but to wait for a phone call. They rang us and said we could completely change rooms but I had to pack all our stuff up that second and move, this was 2am in the morning! I couldn’t have 2 rooms in my name at the same time. So I had to pack everything up and move. Our next room for fine until the next night I seen another cockroach, luckily only 1 in the room but seen another 2 on our balcony in the next days. I then seen more in the toilets in the hotel. I seen more in the hotel than outside. A family was then moved into our original room the next day. Cleaners were okay, you had to strip the beds yourself if you wanted them changed. Av had better but they weren’t too bad. Food was fine general buffet style food, same things for breakfast everyday but plenty of variety. Different theme nights meals. Pools were good for the kids, plenty of things for them to do, kids club for the younger kids and a teen lounge with PlayStations etc in for the older. Sports hall and a big show bar on the night. We never watched the night entertainment as we were always out but the younger kids seem the love it. Characters are always out for the younger kids ones. Mini market has plenty in more than I have ever seen in any other hotels and cheaper aswell! Good location and friendly staff. If it wasn’t for the cockroaches I would happily go back but it has put me off the amount I seen. I understand they are everywhere and most can’t be helped but I have stayed in a lot of places and never had a single one in our room never mind 10+ in the same night.
