The beach club is situated in a perfect position to shops, restaurant and the beach. Upon arriving reception staff were polite and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our apartment was on the ground floor and situated by the pool, it was a lovely location and very clean and tidy, no noticeable snags. The pool area was clean , spacious and tidy and there was never an issue for a sunbed. A note for families is children aren’t allowed floats and snorkels in the pool, only swimming aids, this is so all guests can enjoy the pool, this wasn’t an issue for us and the children had lots of fun. Throughout the day there was a wonderful team who went above and beyond the make the activities fun for all ages including aquasize, darts, bingo, water mat, jenga and a mini disco. The guests were amicable and the hotel ensure that security are available to make sure there aren’t any noise issues. Guests when we stayed were mainly couples, some older and a mix of English and other European ethnicities, all polite and friendly, however the hotel also caters for families with their selection of activities including an arcade downstairs which the children enjoyed spending time in . The evening entertainment was suited to an older crowd however was enjoyable. The bar area serves a great selection of snacks and there is a restaurant on site too. A great holiday, we would definitely consider coming back, very relaxed and chilled- a wonderful hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights and were really impressed by the room, cleanliness, facilities, the animation team, and locality to the restaurants and beach. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and housekeeping every few days. The air conditioning worked well, and the balcony was a good size. We were lucky with getting the room we requested but the hotel cannot guarantee anyone a specific room location. If we were to go back we would request a ground floor room as you walk straight out to the pool area and sun loungers. We were self catering, there is a restaurant at the hotel but we never ate there. The pool bar offered a good range of breakfasts, lunches, snacks and drinks that were good but a little more expensive than local restaurants. Fine for the convenience though. The pool area was clean and it was fairly easy to get a sun longer. You could put towels on the loungers outside of the pool area as early as you liked but if you wanted loungers inside the gated pool area you would have to queue until the gates open at 9am. No balls or floats allowed in the pool which is a shame but we did know this before as we’d read other reviews. The reception staff members we met were friendly and helpful enough although they didn’t seem that interested when we asked if they’d seen our daughter and her friend when we thought we lost them. A big shout out to the animation team (entertainment) who were all fantastic. Our girls took a particular liking to Raquel who always went out her way to keep the kids entertained, nothing was too much trouble for her. The animation team put on bingo, water polo, darts to name but a few. The absolute favourite of all the kids though was the crazy water mat which was great fun! Location was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and beach.
