We last visited the Riu Palace 10 years ago and recently stayed for a week 30/11 - 7/12. “Room description and cost misleading”
Booked through the RIU website direct opting for a room with a sea view. On arrival we were disappointed to say the least. It was a room with a pool view at best. On complaining we were told that all rooms that faced the sea were classed as sea view by their definition. Misleading to say the least.… more
