“Fantastic Christmas Holiday”

Arrived on the 20th December 2025 and departed 1st January 2026 at this lovely hotel. The staff were warm & friendly, the food was great, we were only half board but wish we’d book all inclusive as it would have been worth it especially for drinks which were all premium brands. Sun beds you book on the hotel app via phone or screens in reception the day before from 6am which is a great idea and after 12 noon if you haven’t booked you can have any beds which are free. There are 52 stairs down to the main pool/food market/Lyons bar and steps from reception down to the cocktail bar/sunbeds/pools . Only niggle was when we booked we requested a sea/pool view but was allocated a room at the front of the hotel opposite a busy road which kept us awake on our first night, we spoke to reception who told us all standard rooms were at the front of the hotel , we were given the option to upgrade our room which we paid an extra €280 room was exactly the same just over looked the pool .

We have just returned from our Christmas and new year holiday. The princess inspire was recommended and we were not disappointed. The biggest asset is the friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff. Well done to all the hardworking staff. We stayed in a suite facing the mountains. It was lovely and clean, and big as a suite should be. The use of the wrist device was great for the bedroom key and accessing all meals and drinks. We haven't seen this before. Well done. The christmas and new years eve gala were fab, with delious 6 house meal. Excellent food, so again we'll done to all the kitchen staff. The only negative was that there are loads of steps everywhere, and although they provide lifts, it certainly built up my daily step count. Another device which was great was the app to book your daily beds. Great thinking whoever designed this app. The location is good for shopping, pubs and walking, so it will cater to everyone's needs. Congratulations everyone. We enjoyed and will be returning.

First impressions, looks great.Till we got to the reception ,staff quite disinterested,we booked all inclusive ,after checking us in they asked us to go and see about booking the new year eve dinner, which was fine, then found they were trying to sell us 130 euro bottle of champagne ( bar is chargeable after 11 ) not even a complimentary drink at 12, given the cost of that day, very disappointing Got to the room which looked fine and we were happy enough with it , till we found out on day 2 there was no sun on our terrace at any point of the day Air con not great You have to book sunbeds the day before, ( which we were 50/50, unsure if it’s helpful or not ) usually to find the ones in the sun were booked. Sometimes beds were booked but no one on them ! But you are allowed them after 12 if nobody on them Only half the main pool actually got sun They only have one al a carte restaurant which meant only one visit per week, really should have 2 or 3 as the buffet basically served the same every day, We were not told that a hairdresser was on site, when I found it, the sign said go to the spa , to find a very rude girl I asked is there a hairdresser here, no was the answer, I asked when she would be in, the girl actually sighed, opened a book and said tomorrow, I asked if I could book an appointment, she quickly shut the book and said No , no appointments! Evening entertainment is dated and not great The bar staff work hard though All inclusive included bottled Pepsi , Smirnoff and southern comfort, for us that was a plus Unfortunately wine was not served as a bottle, we like cava, and like it fizzy, getting served by a glass sometime meant the fizz had gone as the bottle could have been sitting a while Last two holidays in Rhodes and Majorca gave us it by the bottle, even unopened so we could have in our room There are a lot of steps to tackle, we knew this from the pictures there is a lift to be fair but still a long walk to the dining hall should you need to use the lift Cleaners good and friendly, bed comfy Wi-Fi not great kept dipping Location was great Short transfer from the airport, 20 min, so no need to book private transport Although we had a good stay we would not return to this particular hotel, overpriced for what you get
