This hotel, being all inclusive, is great if you have kids and are on a budget. Good choice of wines, soft drinks and beer (Dorada), as well as a well stocked bar. We found a bar down the hill and across the road called Cabana which served an excellent Spanish Lager called Victoria. Two pints and a gin and tonic for 10€. The food was great- something for everyone at every meal. The room was very clean and spacious, had kettle and fridge. Staff were helpful and efficient. Being November there were plenty of sun beds. The only thing I didn’t like was the entrance area which was a smoking room, even though it was outside. A personal gripe is the amount of food that was wasted- if you aren’t sure, get a small amount- you can always go back.

“Excellent holiday, very good hotel !! Ignore the bad reviews!”

We stayed 21/10/25 until 28/10/25 as a family of 8 over 3 rooms. Check in at the hotel was very quick and easy. Rooms were basic but very clean. We stayed 21/10/25 until 28/10/25 as a family of 8 over 3 rooms. Check in at the hotel was very quick and easy. Rooms were basic but very clean. Food was good and with lots of variety everyday even for the busiest of eaters. Staff were always very polite, professional and very hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Top pool was always very busy however the Pool with the bar we always found bed chairs or chairs. Hotel is very well placed for a going out and about with the beach, restaurants and bars only 10 minutes walk away. Nothing to complain about whatsoever, please ignore the bad reviews, too many people feel a need to complain about anything and nothing !!! It is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel, but a very good 3star hotel !!! Happy to stay there again most definitely.

“Don’t bother”

Some of the clientele who stay here are rough and very loud.. Today, my last day, thankfully, I’ve seen a 80ish year old dad with his 50ish old son, pissed as they were drinking all day, and the Dad was walking around naked, and falling over, they were swearing and kids who witnessed it were crying… more

Some of the clientele who stay here are rough and very loud.. Today, my last day, thankfully, I’ve seen a 80ish year old dad with his 50ish old son, pissed as they were drinking all day, and the Dad was walking around naked, and falling over, they were swearing and kids who witnessed it were crying.. No hotel staff or security came to remove these 2 very drunk people… and although there is a sign up to say they won’t serve people who are drunk, they still carried on… Food is okay, if you want to eat pizza, chips, fried stuff… food is of poor quality, although lots of salads and fruit… breakfast is good.. There are some very loud people, who swear a lot and have no thought for other people.. it’s not even cheap! However the fitness instructor is great, the bar staff are absolutely lovely.. rooms are great, very clean with lovely balconies..

“Last visit for while”

This was second year in row we had been , 3 times over 7 years. Staff are lovely but hotel is looking tired in lots of places . We were in block 1 on 3rd floor. The shower was over bath with a shower curtain. The bath was badly marked . The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and hot water took ages to come through . Sometimes in the sink the hot water was brown when first switched on. On arrival our patio door didnt lock we reported this on the furs morning and was fixed within a few hours . Cleaning at hotel was very hit or miss. Our room seemed to be 2.30-3 pm everyday. Some days we had to go to reception for towels as it had been two days since they had been changed as rooms aren’t cleaned Thursday and Sundays. We like to go out on an afternoon and had meals planned out and drinks with friends for birthdays so would be nice to have these earlier in the day. The cleaners when they did come were lovely and very friendly Drinks had actually improved. Soft drinks not as sweet and the wine and spirits were good too. Food was hit and miss. Breakfast the hot food was usually just like warm . Some unusual food like onion rings at breakfast. We usually opted for toast / cereal or yoghurt which got us started for the day. Lunch and tea when we went in was disappointing. Only seen chicken 3 times in whole 2 weeks . Usually pork in a sauce or fish. Pizza and chips were the usual go to. Shame not more pasta choices maybe too. I feel we didn’t get the value this time from the hotel and had booked bed and breakfast elsewhere as we ate more times this year due to lack of choice and food quality . Such a shame as loved this hotel And recommended to Many friends and family but they are looking at alternatives . Just a few tweets and this hotel could be back on form
