Beautiful Hotel, the staff are so friendly and definitely ensure your time there is the best experience possible, The rooms were extremely spacious and the beds so comfortable. I thought it would be a problem that my daughter was on the 2nd level and we were on the 8th but it was ok and didn't take long in the lifts to reach her. The food at breakfast was perfect for my husband, daughter and I as we all want different things in the morning, great variety and such lovely staff. The pool area was beautiful and the gardens are outstanding spread across many levels. We did have a problem getting our towels on the first morning and despite towels being available on the double sunbeds (we never saw anyone on them) we were told they were for "clients" only. As we saw ourselves as clients we did take 3 towels and held on to them for a few days as it was difficult to change them. Any minor problems we encountered were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Thank you to all the staff, especially Angela on our last day as she helped us secure our room as we had a late check out. Thank you to all for making my daughters birthday special with a bottle of Cava, a cake and card, it was so appreciated.

“Soap making”

Juan Carlos soap making was excellent exceptional and informative. My husband and I both enjoyed it. We were given many ingredients and essential oils to add to the soap. I would recommend anyone during this workshop. Many thanks, Jennifer And Saul

Visited the hotel for 7 nights and was definitely not disappointed. On arrival our luggage was taken directly to our room. Anna at reception was really lovely and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with lots of space. We stayed in a junior suite with a sea view. We were on bed and breakfast and there was lots of choices and the food was good quality. All the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful especially Yulia always happy and chatty. Entertainment every day at the pool, Michael Jackson tribute on Friday. Every member of staff was lovely. The bar team at the pool were all eager to please especially the lady and Alberto. My only complaint is not a reflection on any of the staff as they all work so hard, there's just not enough of them. It seems to be the only area that is understaffed but is the busiest during the day. Its also too small, vending machines could be used for the food and situated outside leaving more space for a bigger bar. There's a gate past the restaurant at the pool that's a shortcut to the main road, cuts out some of the hill. Wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for five years every October or May .I am saddened and disappointed to say I won’t be back until Melia bring the hotel back to a five star standard .Firstly staff were ok some more friendly than others ,the pool waiter and amazing a special mention to Tiberio who made our holiday by being super friendly and going that extra mile for each and every visitor .The Level which I have stayed in many times over the years used to be amazing and really made you feel like you were getting the ultimate experience however this time it seemed very over populated and the attention to detail was lacking(money over quality)The level room I stayed in 102 was definitely poor in comparison to the hotel rooms I’ve stayed in before which are on the level and not at the bottom of the hotel .I was also charged 75 euros to keep my room until 6pm !!Extra 4hrs, Which is ridiculous and over priced .I also went to the Italian on site and was charged 5 euros for water (Which I could have got for free in the level lounge ) and a basket of dried bread x2 spaghetti bolognaise came to 45 euros and wasn’t that special !! No garlic bread or mushrooms on the menu ! The overall Level experience breakfast and the food selection wasn’t up to previous years .The experience wasn’t as exclusive as previous years and quite honestly wasn’t worth the money .If you want value for money and a five star experience don’t go to this hotel .The view is amazing and it’s really sad the hotel in my opinion isn’t the hotel it was which saddens me .I did mention all my issues to the receptionist on the level resulting with a lot of mouse clicking and passing on to management which resulted in nothing .
