“No floats in pool”
We stayed for 10 nights as a family of 6. Our room was only cleaned 2 of the days we were there. Constantly had to ask for fresh towels and bedding only got changed once due to my son spilling chocolate milk on the bed. Staff were lovely and helpful. “Not for family”
They don't cater for children in the restaurant they shouldn't make it clear to family's that you can't take inflatables in the pool and they should have instructions in the rooms to work the air-conditioning. Some of the rooms need updating
