We have just returned from a lovely week at the Hovima La Pinta Beachfront Hotel. We have stayed at the Hovima Costa Adeje which is just up the road lots of times over the years, but decided to try a half Board plus at the La Pinta with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. On arrival, we were met by lovely reception staff who had kindly arranged for us to stay next door to our family who had arrived three days earlier. We were on the very top floor (6th) which had the most amazing view over La Pinta beach. During our stay we had several friendly chats to the guest relations staff Eva and Georgia who were extremely attentive to our grandchildren and even knew their names! Thanks again Georgia, we really appreciated your attentiveness and excellent customer service. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet style with everything you could want but we were very impressed with the evening meals especially the gala night which was amazing! We also had three lunches at the hotel restaurant and again were very happy with the food choices. The waiting staff Javier & Diego were both excellent and were really great with the children. The staff at the pool bar (Rebecca and Aitor) were super friendly and told us all of the ingredients in the cocktails we ordered. The whole complex is being cleaned constantly by hard working staff and our room was cleaned every day with clean white fluffy towels replaced daily. Our apartment was a very good size, especially for two of us. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well every night. The entertainment staff work hard and both of our grandchildren loved the mini disco but didn’t manage every night as it didn’t start until 8.15pm. A big shout out to David & Aivaro, they both worked hard and were super friendly. The hotel is set in the middle of the resort with lots of bars and restaurants around so can be noisy in the evenings. However once you shut your patio doors it made a huge difference. The only negative was the fact that the hotel lift only goes to the 4th floor so the reception staff told us to use the staff service lift to the 5th floor and then carry the buggy (and suitcases) up a flight of stairs to our room. However, staff did help our family when first arriving to their room with all of their belongings. This was only a slight inconvenience but worth it for the amazing view. Was great to see and catch up with Mickey in his new role. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, spotlessly clean and with extra friendly and helpful staff. We would most definitely return back to the Hovima La Pinta Beachfront Hotel. Thank you Matt & Asha

Lovely hotel , staff very helpful, we upgraded our room to one that had sunbeds on the balcony the fridge was restocked daily with water coke sprite and beer, room was spotless plenty space for us, we went just the 2 of us it is very much a family hotel all ages of children are kept busy and entertained, we found out we could go to a smaller restaurant to get breakfast and also we discovered a bit late we could book same restaurant for evening meal this we did once and it was lovely chef khalija and waiters yasmany and aita looked after us and food was fab. There was the option of going to the main restaurant for meals which we did and it was goodthough it was very busy, would we go back yes as long as we can upgrade rooms again, lovely hotel staff fab and central for everything.
