We having coming to this hotel for a number of years now. We come July and October and no matter when you come the staff always remember you and that makes it feel like our 2nd home. It is the most spotless place I have been to and the entertainment team just make us laugh every day and night. The reception staff also will solve any problem you have and it is not too much trouble. I could go on but I think you get the Idea it is amazing and we love it.

Just returned after a week’s stay. The weather was brilliant in case you’re worried, sunbathing sun all day and you will be please about the few clouds which give some respite. The weather forecasts on line do not always reflect the true weather. Hotel is good, it’s modern, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and the air con effective. I loved the choice of food, eating different every evening but maybe I’m easily pleased. The WiFi was very poor, the signal kept dropping so I was forever logging back in, a bit irritating. I think the entertainment was a bit like marmite, I enjoyed some of it but was bored with others. On the final night the entertainment staff did a show which was “toe curling”. A cross between Eurovision and a very bad karaoke evening. That’s a good time to go out for the evening as Costa Adeje has a lot to see as you walk through the traffic free paths. I would revisit as it was good value for money.

My husband and I stayed for 1 week on 7th Oct to celebratate our wedding anniversary . We also came here for the first time last year as we found a fantastic deal all inclusive. We found the location was excellent, food and service to be of a good standard (we did book direct and flights separately). I e-mailed ahead to say it was a repeat stay and our wedding anniversary but disappointingly no mark/mention of the occasion. We stayed in a suite room 113 - No issues here, it was loud on the balcony as it was situated on the front across from Unique Bar and others but this didn't bother us and music went off around 12. Apparently there was still refurbishment works going on on floors 3&4 but this didn't impact our stay, just a few drills through the day, hardly noticeable. As Reviewer Emma states - 90% of the customers are in and age group of 60+ This isn't a problem at all, we are mid 40's and it was the same age group last year, we would enjoy some entertainment in the day/eve but did tend to go out to the bars/restaurants most evenings. (Just to note that if you like karaoke - it seems you need to request within the first 5mins of the 40 min session as it seems all the same people getting up and no song request sheets around so not sure how that works!, the staff seem to take a slot singing themselves , not sure why when customers fancy a go but told no more requests?) The main issue this year and reason we probably wont visit again is; The food really had gone down in quality and variety The drinks are not the best - ( we bought our own wines/gins etc)also now self service at meal times, as last year you were served. snack bar - Used once for chips & salad, sandwiches/burgers put together yourself, low quality ingredients. I enjoyed Pilates & Yoga last year - this was no longer available The staff work hard and the hotel is spotless clean. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. I would say it is a good 3* not 4* currently. Taxi to airport 30 Euro's

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel in Costa Adeje and overall it's been a really lovely experience and the location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the facilities are well looked after, and everything has run smoothly during our stay. That said, something worth mentioning is the age group the hotel seems to cater to. My partner and I are in our mid-to-late 20s, and we've found that most other guests are in the 65-70+ range. While that's not a bad thing at all, it did make us feel a little out of place at times since the vibe is much quieter and more relaxed than we were expecting. Therefore, If you're looking for a calm, easy-going holiday with great service, this is a fantastic choice. We wanted to play UNO on our balcony and have a drink it was 00:05AM and because the baloney light automatically gets turned off we were unable to sit out past 00:00AM which was slightly frustrating. We stayed for 7 nights all inc and the food was average which is one of the reasons for 3 stars rating as a 4*hotel I feel as though the food completely lets it down and the cocktail menu. Snack bar is self service, you have to make your own food up, e.g sandwiches or hotdogs and chips.
