We had another absolutely lovely family holiday in Hotel Villa Maria. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The Guest Relations officer Anto was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The hotel and villas are very well kept, and constantly being cleaned, painted and generally kept looking lovely. The hotel location is great, elevated location provides great views. It’s nice and quiet, out of the busy Adeje resort. The walk uphill from La Caleta is fine for guests with good mobility and fitness. La Caleta is quiet with a few restaurants. It’s also easy to walk a few miles or get a bus/taxi to the heart of Adeje for more bars and restaurants. We had a great holiday. Thank you Hotel Suite Villa Maria!

We have just returned from an 8-night stay in a 3-bed villa, with pool and can say that everything was 10/10. The previous problems with villa pool heating have thankfully been addressed and the temperature problems are solved. The staff were all excellent, from reservations and reception to the restaurant team; a special mention to Sabrina, who was exceptional with our family's baby and to Anto, who was very attentive is ensuring that our stay went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble in ensuring that everything that we needed was done. This location if very family friendly, quiet and a perfect place to relax and unwind in the sun. We will definitely be back next year.

There is no better place for a family holiday than the Hotel Suite Villa Maria in Tenerife. We hired a 3 bedroom Villa with it’s own private pool which had plenty of outside space and a fantastic view of the coastline below which could be seen from the large first floor balcony. The villa was ideal for a family of three adults and two children aged 10 & 8. We had a fantastic time and shared our days between lazing in the hot sunshine, dipping in and out of the warm pool, dining in one of the two a la carte restaurants on a rotating basis and enjoying a lunchtime snack and cooling drink on the Blue Oasis terrace. Daytime activities for the children are plentiful and the highlight was an incredible foam party in the swimming pool. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who deliver a daily supply of water by golf cart and there is also a room service cart that delivers hot meals to your villa. There is a tv room with a huge screen right next door to a luxurious coffee shop and ice cream parlour which everyone should try. The villas are cleaned daily by an incredible squad of cleaners and even the pool towels are changed daily. Yes, this is an incredible place and attention has been given to every detail but the one thing that stands out more than anything is the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff who are always smiling and want to help you. I think it won’t be too long before we return.

For us, this fantastic hotel really stood out for its attention to detail, which was second to none, both in terms of what is provided for the guests and the service from the kind, friendly and attentive staff. It's an excellent hotel offering individual villas each with their own outdoor areas, which affords plenty of space to relax at your own villa as well as in the various public areas. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the selection varied day by day. Meals in the other two restaurants were excellent but the villas have well appointed kitchens so you can make your own meals if you wish. The pools were fantastic and during our stay, there were several inflatables for the grandchildren to enjoy (from what we understood, they were courtesy of guests in previous weeks) Pool service felt very indulgent and was much appreciated by all of us. Our grandchildren enjoyed all the children's activities they tried, with the pool activities, mini-discos, magician, parrots etc. proving particularly popular (with us as well!) We were fortunate to have really good weather throughout our week there which together with the lovely hotel and attentive staff, made for a wonderful week away.
