5th time staying here and it gets better every time. Newly refurbished spacious and very modern apartments/ bungalows, actually more like villas. Very clean and tidy with all new modern facilities. 5th time staying here and it gets better every time. Newly refurbished spacious and very modern apartments/ bungalows, actually more like villas. Very clean and tidy with all new modern facilities. Luxurious balconies/gardens, hammock ,sunloungers, outdoor dining and coffee Areas and even gas barbecue. Not 1 thing we can say bad about our recent stay. Already booking again for September. Staff fabulous and at hand. All areas clean and tidy. Safe and secure gated complex. Convenient to all amenities. Local bus and taxi stand meters away. Quiet and relaxing area. Definitely deserves a fantastic review. Thanks and see you in September.

Highly Recomended, Close to local resturants and shops also aqualand, Great relaxing location with busy areas in walking distance or scooter / quick taxi ride (use taxiclick app). Shared pools with stunning waterfalls can always get a sun lounger (never busy). Absolutely stunning views of the sea, make sure you catch a sunset! wow. Clean modern apartments, very comfy beds. Special mention to Mara and Yohanna on reception for amazing service. Will be back soon....

“Perfect Accommodation”

This place is absolutely perfect! The accommodation was clean, the beds were very comfy, the staff were excellent and accommodating. Fairly local to Las Americas if you don’t mind a short walk. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great views from the balcony too.

Honest review!!! We were in room 408, stayed at Haciendas IV for 7 days We arrived at night so the reception was closed, so we went and got the key from the locked box. There were other guests that didnt receive their codes so couldn't access their apartments!!! Make sure they have messaged you 2 days before arrival. When we walked in, I was very very disappointed. It was scruffy, extremely hot (around 40 degrees) as there was only one window open. We had no wifi connection and there was no note of the username/password!! This, we found out from reception the next morning. It would have been good to have this in the apartment. THERE IS NO AIR CON in any of the apartments. Never in my life, in all the countries I have visited have we not had air con. Instead we had a rather poor fan to move the heat around. We gave this to the children, so we melted. We first went in to the twin bedroom, nice and spacious, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was confused as we had booked two double rooms. The main bathroom was just off this bedroom as an en suite, which again was a little confusing. We walked in to what should have been the main bedroom, but it was small, in fact it was too small to be able to open the wardrobe on both sides and use the tiny set of drawers inside. The pillow cases were all stained, so I had to wash some, one was so bad I just took it to reception the next morning. We ended up using the wardrobe in the children's room, which was a pain! We went in to the kitchen and it was very scruffy and unkept. There were marks all over the worktops, doors were wood so had swollen in the heat so couldn't close any of them fully. The blinds wouldnt slide open/closed as they were falling apart. I then walked into the shower room just off the 'main bedroom' and the smell was nothing short of disgusting. The bottom of the shower was peeling off, the door frame was rotten, which was clearly from the poorly designed shower (the curtain doesnt stay in the shower). After seeing cockroaches in there, we decided to only use the toilet in there when the teenage child was taking a shower in the other bathroom! We had paid for a balcony with side sea views, however, all we got was a 7ft wall as we were put in the bottom apartment. Nothing like what we expected at all. When asking the receptionist about this the following morning, she said we had been upgraded to a bigger apartment!!!! If this one is bigger, i'd hate to see the size of the others!!! Disappointed, but I left it as we were unpacked and children settled in. Things to be aware of/note: There are no drainers to the sink for when you need to wash up There is no cleaning service while you are there for a week. We cleaned our own towels and bedding as these were not changed in the 7 days we were there. There is a small outdoor utility area which has a washing machine. There is a mop there too, to clean yourself, however, it looked like it hadnt been used since 1978 so I just cleaned by hand Cockroaches are everywhere in Tenerife. It is expected. We had quite a few on our balcony from the palm tree right next to it. Ants were probably more of a nuisance as they were on every surface in the kitchen and dining room. Sofa is comfortable, as long as you take off the back cushions or lay down on it. Just make sure to put a towel down first as it is FILTHY. The pillows are very very soft. On the first morning, I woke up with a crick in my neck from the very bad pillows. This of course got worse throughout the stay, I ended up using the pillow from the sofa as it was harder to support my neck. I didn't have a single nights sleep all week, which ruined it for me Pros: Walk in shower room is lovely and plenty of hot water Plenty of towels are left, you just need to clean them yourself. Wardrobe in second bedroom was large, with large chest of drawers Plenty of plates/cups etc. Cutlery and utensils good enough for 4 of us Nice big fridge and small freezer 2 tea towels are left but they were tiny, again you need to clean yourself. Very close to a British supermarket, but we preferred to walk further down the hill for a bigger coop type supermarket with a range of Spanish food. They have a lovely cheap little bakery for fresh baguettes. Aqualand is just opposite this shop, and is worth a visit We also visited Siam Park which isn't far which was great It is very easy to get a taxi around Tenerife. We prefer to walk, just remember a lot of it is up/downhill so wear comfortable shoes. There are 3 swimming pools. The two next to our apartment were not heated. Very small, but ok for an afternoon swim. In the morning, it is freezing cold! The one next to the reception is heated and they have extra towels you can use at the poolside. Overall, I would definitely come back to Tenerife, I just wouldn't come here again. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, it was the grubbiest place i've ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many 2/3 star apts. Very disappointed with the apartment, but we didn't let it ruin the holiday as the kids still had a great time!
