A great location for a beach holiday right in the center of town. The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and private balconies. The food options were really good, although I wasn’t expecting to pay for water with the meals! The evening entertainment was fun, there was a buzz about the place. The sun-beds are really close together so we opted for the beach. We went half board which suited us perfectly.

“Nothing to fault”

Just finished an amazing 7 days here. We were in a platinum junior suite. Room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel itself is beautiful. Pools are stunning. I loved the app to book the sunbeds. But special mention has to go to the staff. The friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever been to. So friendly and efficient. The cleaners were excellent. The bar staff, wait staff, reception staff, concierge....amazing. We honestly have never met nicer staff. It was such a lovely holiday. We'll 100% be returning.

Absolutely first class hotel. Just returned from out first visit to this hotel & really couldn't find any fault. Hotel is spotless. We had a side view sea room on the attic floor, stunning views & so comfortable. We were half board & the food was fantastic, especially the breakfast. We chose to eat out some evenings as we like to sample the local restaurants. The hotel is right on the beach & well positioned for walks & restaurants. The staff were great, so friendly & helpful. Evening entertainment was very good too which is rare. Sunbed booking system is brilliant, wish all hotels did this. All in all we can't wait to go back.

We’ve just returned from an 8-day stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. Overall, we were really happy with our experience — the hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the buffet restaurant was consistently good. However, given the price we paid for the all-inclusive experience, we did feel there were a few cost-cutting measures that took away from what could have been an exceptional stay. With a few small improvements, this hotel could easily go from good to brilliant. Positives: The staff were pleasant and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet restaurant offered great variety and quality food. The Roast restaurant was lovely, though we would have preferred a full à la carte experience rather than buffet-style starters and desserts. The sunbed booking system was excellent — such a great idea! We requested a centrally located room before our arrival, and the hotel kindly accommodated us with room 7044 (though it was close to the kitchen vents on the balcony). Areas for Improvement: The complimentary minibar in the room was a nice touch, but it wasn’t restocked during our stay. Two beers and two cava bottles don’t exactly feel “luxury” for an all-inclusive package. There was only a kettle in the room — no coffee pod machine, which was disappointing. Most comparable hotels now provide one. The all-inclusive cocktail selection was very limited. We had to pay extra for basic drinks like an Aperol Spritz, and the O2 Pool Bar didn’t serve any cocktails at all. In the main dining room, there’s a large Nespresso machine — but you have to pay extra to use it and we never saw anyone do so. Also the coffee from the regular machines was quite poor and this needs addressing. We hope the hotel takes this feedback on board. These are simple, easy-to-fix issues that could make a real difference. Unless these changes are made, we probably wouldn’t return — which would be a real shame, because this hotel has so much potential.
