“Quality time and time again”

We have stayed at this hotel every December for the last 4 years. It’s has been absolutely brilliant. We are back this year and can’t wait. The staff are very attentive and great with kids. Our daughter loves all the daily activities. Rooms are clean and spacious. I honestly don’t think there is a better hotel in the area for families.

“Great hotel for kids of all ages”

Really enjoyed our stay here in October 2025 for a week. Some highlights: - Mini splash park with 2 slides that I’d say suitable for 2-6yrs - Bigger splash park for kids 6 up to adults, including an amazing surf pool - Tennis, ping pong, football, crazy golf, racing simulators, kids zone - Entertainment is great, normally conisists of a mini disco that kids love followed by a show ranging from magic show to music, to Disney characters - Very good standard gym compared to other hotels I have stayed in - Onsite shop that was well stocked with food, drinks and toys - Location is great, less than 5 min walk to lots of restaurants, bars and beach - Rooms were large and clean, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Large balcony with furniture and well stocked with water and other facilities - Spoke to lots of people who come back to this hotel regularly which is a good sign. We will definitely consider returning Small improvements that could be made: - the activities are not very well described on the app. We considering signing our son up but were unclear on the details - Bar next to water slide park. Long queues at times when only 1 person working - No ability to order food or drinks from aun bed. This functionality could be built into the app - Not enough sunbeds at water slide park - TV in room switches on automatically at 5am which is very bright and wakes you up - No self serve coffee machine at breakfast - need to find a waiter which is a bit of a pain - Good idea to have a kids play area at the breakfast area, but could be improved by having more things for them to play on, also the large colourful round things that the kids roll down the hill are dangerous as I witnessed kids being hit by these - The black lights on the ground particular near the slide water park are dangerous as I witnessed people tripping over these and hurting themselves

Family of 4 including two children (3 & 5 years). This is our second time coming to this hotel (previously in May 2023) and although it is still brilliant, there were a few issues which took a bit of the shine off. Pros: - Options at the breakfast buffet were brilliant and there really is something for everything. The family area has a small outside play area which allowed us to have some relative peace for our own breakfast once the kids had finished theirs. - All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and brilliant with the kids. Where we did encounter issues, these were quickly resolved and without fuss. - The pool options are brilliant for the kids. Ours loved the small slides, but I would advise for children to wear pool shoes and long sleeved/legged costumes. The floor is quite rough to avoid slipping so I did see a few children with grazes on their feet/bodies where they have come off the slides. - Although the evening entertainment isn’t out of this world, for something that included in the price it’s decent and the kids loved it, so again it gave us parents a chance to have a drink in peace. Cons: - On three separate occasions the lock to our room was broken, meaning we were locked out. At one point this was at 10pm so wasn’t ideal with two tired children. As previously said, on all occasions this was resolved quickly, but did disrupt our stay and took some shine off. - The hotel is cashless, so anything you order (poolside drinks/food, evening drinks, food at the restaurant) all gets charged to your room. The process seems to be that you give your room number and then sign electronically. This is a flawed system as the signatures don’t appear to be verified against the signatures you gave when checking in which means anyone could give your room number and add things to your tab (whether done accidentally, or maliciously). When settling our bill I noticed an €180 charge for a meal at the hotel restaurant had been added which wasn’t a purchase we made (we had evidence from our credit card that we ate elsewhere that evening). Again, this was resolved without fuss by the staff once they verified their copy of the original receipt and it was obvious the signatures didn’t match. They also went through the other purchases and noticed some pool side drinks had also been added so these were rightly removed which we appreciated. All of this was only possible because the €180 stood out, if that charge hadn’t been there then I wouldn’t necessarily have been able to identify whether any other incorrect charges had been made because we did utilise poolside drinks etc without keeping track- so I would urge you to double check your bill, but also that it might not be obvious unless you are very diligent with what you are purchasing. A better method is needed - at the very least requiring the person ordering to provide the name the hotel booking was made under? Or some how setting up a system where you can use your room key to make purchases - not a simple solution to implement I know, but something we’d to be done. All in all it was a brilliant trip and we were glad we had returned. We are already talking about coming back again.
