“Fabulous room and the best massage I have ever had in the spa”

My friend and I came here for a week in the sun. Our room was very large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very bright and light and kept very clean. My friend and I came here for a week in the sun. Our room was very large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very bright and light and kept very clean. We ate breakfast in BB lounge as lovely view and peaceful whereas the buffet restaurant is busy and noisy. The food in the BB lounge is better quality with good service. The hotel is in a quiet area so if you want to eat away from the hotel you need to get a taxi to La Catala ( 5 minutes drive) or walk to the promenade which is a 15 walk down a steep hill. We both had massages in the wellness centre and they were one of the best we have ever had. The therapist’s were very in tune to your needs and the oils and herds used were divinely scented. They are a must do thing. Both my friend and I feel very relaxed and can recommend the hotel

Hello from the Stewart Family! Back from our fifth magical visit to Baobab Suites, and already we’re wondering how to survive the year without it! Our annual visit has truly become a cherished tradition, and as long as everything stays as wonderful as it always is, we know we’ll be back year after year. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were greeted warmly by Hugo, who looked after us so well and made us feel immediately at home. Our suite was, as always, perfect—spacious, cozy, and beautifully arranged. The beds? Absolute heaven (seriously, we considered moving in permanently). The little touches, like the gorgeous fruit basket, made us feel extra spoiled. Huge shoutout to Esperanza, our brilliant housekeeper, who keeps everything sparkling clean and makes sure we feel truly looked after throughout our stay. And, of course, Louis—you are truly wonderful. Always going above and beyond to make every guest feel cared for, your dedication and warmth make Baobab Suites feel extra special. Breakfast this year was another highlight. One morning we indulged in the breakfast box in our suite, but mostly we headed to the buffet. What a feast! Fresh, delicious, and absolutely fit for kings and queens. Every visit reminds us why Baobab Suites is our favorite holiday destination. The comfort, the warmth, the care—it all makes for a truly memorable stay. It’s no wonder we keep coming back, year after year (and yes, the email to book next year will be flying off shortly!). To anyone reading this: if Baobab Suites isn’t on your travel list, you’re missing out big time. Prepare to be pampered, spoiled, and thoroughly delighted. Sending love from Ireland. Recently, I spent a week at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay! Pros: - The room was very clean, spacious, and offered lovely views. - The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices. - Most of the staff were extremely attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A big shout-out to David at the bar and Hugo at reception. Cons: - The location can be a little inconvenient. The uphill walk makes it less appealing to leave the hotel on foot, and there are not many restaurants nearby apart from those within the hotel. - I believe there should be an adults-only pool area. There are two pools, and at least one of them should be reserved for adults. - While the majority of the staff were very professional and kind, I feel it’s important to mention that Gerardo at reception was rude and came across as condescending towards guests. Additionally, there was a lady in the buffet area (I can’t remember her name) who was also extremely rude to guests and was even seen shouting at staff. This left a negative impression and felt far from the level of professionalism expected in a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, the hotel has several areas that could be improved, but it also shows great potential. With a few adjustments, it could truly become an outstanding place to stay!
