We had such a fantastic stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was a real highlight – a great size and blessed with sunshine all day long. The hotel grounds are stunning and so picturesque, really well looked after and a joy to walk through each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel even more special. The pool area was a good size with plenty of space to relax, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a nice variety of food – the desserts in particular were delicious! Our room was cleaned daily (apart from one day a week), which for a 3-star hotel was excellent and a really nice touch. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be returning and only wish we could guarantee the same room again because it truly made our holiday perfect.

Week stay in Aug 25. This is what I would call a no frills hotel but for what we paid no complaints! Nice clean, decent size rooms we had a little kitchenette with fridge which was handy and lively balcony over looking the pool. Please be aware no lift and if on top floor a lot of steps but this wasn't an issue for us. Lovely pool, with sunbeds, typical sunbed wars so need to have towels down by 8/9am but not too early so not an issue for us. No pool towels but again, no frills hotel. Inflatables were allowed in the pool. Food was nice in the restaurant plenty of choice. Pool bar food wasn't the best but plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Rooms only have ceiling fans and it was hot in Aug so we rented an air con unit for the week at 70e definitely worth it and they delivered and collected free of charge (Mr Cool). Great location just a short walk down the hill to the beach, bars and restaurants etc. Great shop directly across the road, reasonably priced drinks, snacks etc. Friendly staff, although could do with more staff on reception when large numbers checking in as this took some time and almost missed closing time for the restaurant. They do have showers to use after checking out but this area could do with a refurb and no towels provided although I found out that we could have just kept the towels from our room to use.

We thought this hotel would be the perfect place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary, sadly we were wrong, there was no nice gestures what so ever. Our flight was delayed so didn’t arrive until around 22.30, thinking check in would be a quick simple process, how wrong was I! It took around 20 minutes, I am still wondering why the hotel needed, phone numbers and email addresses of my kids??? I didn’t realise they didn’t have hotel porters to take our luggage to our room, so after watching this video of directions to our room & being spoken to in a very condescending manner, as I dared to ask to see it again, baring in mind we were extremely tired & it was pitch black. This was going to be the theme of our stay, we personally found the reception staff as being quite unfriendly & rude( not all of them) one in particular a older Spanish gentleman with glasses was extremely rude & hostile when I dared to ask about a late check out room, when I tried to explain why I required it, he aggressively repeated the same line, over and over, until I went away. We found the warmest staff was in the restaurant, where you’d think you were staying in a different hotel! I’d give them 5 stars, and reception staff 1. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard, but the coffee & fruit juices, were absolutely awful. The hotel was very clean, although lots of cockroaches about. Our accommodation had 2 reasonably sized modern bedrooms & good sized bathroom, no air con, but had ceiling fans, but next time when we’re abroad, air con is a must. The pool area is very average, lots of broken tiles which the hotel haven’t bothered replacing, looking at reviews from 2024. The sun beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you want to swim, forget it there’s naturally loads of kids with inflatables. So sadly will not return, as we were really looking forward to a much needed special holiday.
