We are now returning from our holiday at this hotel. It has been an amazing holiday. This hotel is ideally situated for the beach, and lots of bars and good eating places. The hotel is made up of lots of blocks of apartments. Yes the accommodation is a little dated but it is very clean. It is not luxurious but for the price we paid that was to be expected. However we spent very little time there as we were either at the pool, no problem getting a sunbed at all, or we were out and about. Beds so comfy amd very quiet at night. The restaurant does lovely food also we at there several times. Very reasonably priced. I need to also mention the staff, who I can honestly say were so friendly, helpful and funny. We were made to laugh quite a lot which was lovely. In my opinion these staff are amongst the best I have ever come across whilst on holiday. It makes all the difference when you get staff like this. Instead of some of the unhelpful and grumpy staff we have come across at other places we have stayed. We will definitely be returning.

Let's not make any assumptions about this little place, you definitely get what you pay for & let's face it we know it's not going to be luxurious, but it was clean & well presented in the room that we were finally given. On arrival the 1st room they gave us was down lots of flights of stairs & with cases that's just not fun, the room smelled terrible, the doors didn't lock, bearing in mind there are lots of Robberies happing here currently, we just didn't feel safe, so up to reception we go, the lady on Reception was completely unhelpful! & Everything seemed to much for her, she was flapping her arms around & finally gave us a 1 bedroom appointment, we had paid for a 2 bed, she told us to come back in the morning to see if we could be moved to a two bed, unfortunately on return to move our bags to the 1 bed the lock was spinning & the door would not open, so back to reception, where it appeared that we lit a firecracker 🤣the woman storms round to the apartment to open the door whilst she's still flapping telling us off; we look at the doors again & nope they don't lock again so we had to push beds & tables against the doors to be safe. Next morning we come back to reception & was treated by the most wonderful man who couldn't do enough for us, he moved us to a lovely 2 bed apartment sea view & new locking patio doors and key us have the safe for free. Now let me get to the safe, if you want a safe, hairdryer, iron or fan it's at the cost of €10 per item plus €10 deposit per item. The beds are hard but as said the apartment was clean very safe as we had key cards to enter locked gates unlike the apartments at the bottom of the complex. So the moral, don't expect 5* expect what you pay for & enjoy you trip.

Arrived Sept 29th for 12nights.....got room g13 ..room was basic...right beside pool...would of preferred one with balcony....room we had was a garden view ...could be updated...should tile outside and bit of painting....could do with updating ..but it's only somewhere to stay...staff friendly enou… more

Arrived Sept 29th for 12nights.....got room g13 ..room was basic...right beside pool...would of preferred one with balcony....room we had was a garden view ...could be updated...should tile outside and bit of painting....could do with updating ..but it's only somewhere to stay...staff friendly enough ...about 5 min walk to beach...bus station about 5/ 10 min walk ...but in all ..hubby and I had a great holiday....
