We spent a week of janiry 2026. Family room is amazing, kids town is staning , services is very high quantity. It’s our fifth time here . And we back for sure.

On the face of it, this hotel really does look the part. It's huge, with many beautiful pools, fancy infrastructure and a wow main reception, especially as it was decorated for Christmas. Z-Lists - I can see why the many influencers clamber for a free stay to get those all important photographs, but that's part of the problem. This hotels management seems to cater to so called influencers and minor daytime celebs, than to their actual paying customers. The ones who actually provide their bread and butter, can afford to travel and stay at this place, tend not to be the ones begging for pr stays, to show off to people at home who will never likely visit anyway. If anything, had I known this was some tiktok, Instagram love in beforehand, it would have put me off going. Reception - looks beautiful outside, very grand. Inside there's barely any staff. Numerous occasions guest relations sat empty. When you did speak to someone they were often very dismissive and didn't want to help. They couldn't answer basic questions nor made any efforts to find out. The concierge was poor too, their demeanour pure ignorance. Some spoke only Arabic, which is obviously going to pose an issue for them at some point, when your front of house having to converse with international customers. We had problems with meals not being booked, seats on the bus not being booked, left waiting and waiting to be shown to our room, just disappeared and never came back, paying in sterling was also an issue, even though I checked prior. Not wanting to give change, unable to provide prices for additional services. Just very, very unorganised. Pools - really nice, lovely warm water, lots to choose from. Pool bars however, 1 man serving upwards of 20 guests at a time. Standing being polite, a smile and a nod got you nowhere. People just barked their order and got served. As a true Brit this was not our way, however, by the end of the stay it was becoming massively frustrating the sheer ignorance of bar personnel. Even when stood there alone, they pretend not to see you and ignore you until you firmly and loudly say excuse me! And even then they don't listen to your order fully, they make the first drink you've said and ignore the rest, resulting in more waiting and being ignored. Kids club - looks great, however, the way it's run is terrible. On paper one would assume its non stop kids fun until midnight. Wrong. There is a strict timetable which shows the times of the activities and most open at 3pm for an hour or so, then again at night. It's a complete free for all. Kids and parents pushing to the front to try and get their names down for the go karts. The other activities need pre booking in advance, days and days in advance in most cases. Even when there are spare spaces they tell you to come back another time. There is a handful of staff, but they're not engaging and children are left to their own devices. Aside from the lady in stem who explained the science experiments, the woodwork, for example was an hour of almost silence. Everything seemed so very, very, slow. I would not leave my child in there alone. Please, do not believe these so called Internet celebs and leave your kids alone. They could so easily leave that place, and as the Radamis is so big they could get very lost or into serious difficulties. These people did not leave theirs, they're being comped to rave about facilities that in reality, do not meet adequate standards. Food - Mangal, Cactus very good. Riveria, People's not so much. Tbone the food was cold. Very odd that they deliver all courses at the same time, makes you feel very overfaced and rushed. Hard to go to the restaurants of choice, reservations limited as only open on certain days, but many, many empty tables in there which shows they do not have enough staff. We've seen diners leave meals half way through, staff say tables are unavailable for you to sit at as reserved, but they're not. The buffet was feeding time at the zoo, absolutely packed most times. People's was microwaved I think, that food came out in lightening speed before the drinks and was so busy with people up and down at the small buffet they had in there, it felt beyond hectic. Breakfast there was another story, absolutely dead, but wouldn't let anyone in without a reservation, so it sat completely empty, with just the chef sat eating many, many courses. Bizarre. We got no relaxation or to enjoy food by the sea, it was just get in and get out. Only food available after 2.30pm until 6.30 was down at the beach, so if you're not around there, you wait for a bus and hope there's room, walk the 20 minutes, or, you take advantage of a fly covered waffle with no cutlery from the shed at Tirana, or some noodles at the shed in Blue planet. We did not encounter any other food outlets in those two parts. We asked guest services and told it was only People's available. Drink - cans of beer and pop were fine. Spirits were all local, none were branded. The JD was like fuel, mojitos not good. They need to take a leaf from Turkey, the hotels there make fantastic, well mixed drinks. Frozen cocktails and tasty tipples. Here, the best part is you can have packets of crisps with your drinks. Beach - not very picturesque. Craggy rocks made it impossible to walk along. Jetty at the end into the sea with lots of fish and snorkels available for those that want to use them. Struggled to loacte the towel shed at the beach. Waterpark - nice, really enjoyed it. Lots of slides, well run and not overly big. Bright and engaging for kids. Cannot use any other facilities of Seagate. We heard this is a new rule implemented for the foreseeable. Accommodation - nicely decorated at Tirana, great view from balcony. Noise stops at 11.45pm as you can hear it from the main stage in your room. Lots of drinks in mini fridge, could be colder though. Spray your room with bug spray, got bitten terribly on the last night. Cleaner was a little too friendly. Overall, it's not somewhere we could come again. It needs hundreds more staff, in depth training given to associates and management alike. It needs to stop with the smoke and mirrors and fake influencers and concentrate on their paying guests with solid customer service given. We spoke to many others that felt the same and won't return, which is a shame. It really is nowhere near 5* at the moment and the chain itself needs to get associates over from Turkey to show them how it's done.
