My wife and I stayed at the Reef Oasis, Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheik for 2 weeks from 8 Feb 26. We travellled with TUI. If you want the short review, I would definitely go again, it was our second visit after a recommendation from our Daughter. Now the details: The transfer was about 20 minutes. We were met by the duty Manager, who sat us in the reception bar area and did all the formalities whilst we enjoyed a welcome cool drink. He was welcoming and answered any questions we had. Transport to our room was organised promptly and our bags delivered. As Tui guests, we were entitled to 3 evening visits per week to the speciality restaurants which were an excellent dining experience. We also had unrestricted access breakfast and evening meals at the Sunset court which was our favourite place for breakfast and evening meal. Great food and service. We only visited the larger main restaurant twice for convenience. There is also a Seabreeze restaurant which was a lovely place for lunch as the food is very nice and varied. Try the soups I recommend them. There is a lift down to the beach, which stops at the Seebreeze restaurant, then down to the beach and beach bar which serves snacks all day and drinks service. All the staff are very welcoming and work hard so try saying hello and "Chocran", ( thankyou). The Beach area is very well organised where staff will help you find a beach lounger and carry your stuff for you, ( Hi Guys). Its hard to pick out particular staff for recognition, and it would become a long list, but I must mention Soliman the Lifeguard on the pontoon. He works tirelessly all day checking your safety, checking the snorkelling equipment of beginners, making sure everyone is safe. BUT a very important role he carries out is to safeguard the beautiful coral reef that, for me, is the jewel of this hotel. The snorkelling was great, There are many pools here including adult only, activity pool with water slides, waterfall, jacuzzi, etc. But they also have a managed stream/canal meandering through the gardens with quiet places to sit. The gardens themselves are beautiful and well worth a walk around. There is also a cactus garden. Overall, We think the staff, including right up to the general Manager, are pleasant, helpful and dedicated to giving their best. You can eat very nice food, in a variety of venues. There is entertainment every evening and an active entertainments team organising activities for those who want them. Examples of customer service: We wanted a softer mattress, as we are both elderly, and this was organised promptly, I am also paranoid about mosquitoes, who seem to love me ! and the hotel immediately provided a plugin deterrent and a room spray. What didn't I like: I like a quiet beach and the Foam party music was typical old people worst nightmare( Sorry youngsters ), The sound level in the Carribean bar was excruciating, ( there's a theme here :-). Would we go again ? Definitely.

Our vacation at Reef Oasis Blue Bay was truly wonderful, and we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Hotel Management and the entire team. Although officially rated 4*, the service and dedication we experienced definitely deserve 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth. Ahmed at the Reception was exceptional, providing us with a superb, spacious, and spotless room overlooking the beautiful gardens. A huge "bravo" goes to the housekeeping team for their hard work and the delightful surprises they left in our room daily. We also appreciated the gardeners who work tirelessly to keep the grounds enchanting. The high standard of service is clearly steered by the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Mohamed. He is always among the guests, ensuring everyone feels pampered and treated with the utmost respect. The restaurants operate at the highest level. The food is diverse, featuring fresh juices, a great variety of sweets, and excellent morning coffee. We want to thank the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Mohamed, for his constant presence and attention to detail. A special mention goes to the Sea Breeze Restaurant and Head Chef Maurizio. He is a true specialist whose dishes could easily compete with Michelin-starred cuisine. He greeted us with genuine care and a great mood every day. We also thank Ehab and El Minuf for their responsiveness, and Marco at the Beach Bar for his excellent exotic drinks. The infinity pool is breathtaking, and the coral reef at the beach is simply stunning! The "Valtur" entertainment team is amazing—they make you feel special and keep the energy high. We also felt very safe throughout our stay thanks to the well-organized security team. While our stay was fantastic, we would like to suggest reviewing the partnership with the on-site Taxi Service. Despite promises of safety and a round-trip guarantee, we had a distressing experience in the Old City. After being dropped off, we were pressured by their local contact to buy items from his shop. When we declined, we were ignored for 30 minutes and felt unsafe, eventually being picked up by an unidentified van. It was a tense journey back, and we strongly recommend the hotel addresses this to protect future guests. Despite this single negative incident, our holiday was formidable. We want to thank Mr. Shehab El Din Mohamed (General Manager), Mr. Mohamed (Guest Relations), and Mr. Mohamed (Restaurant Manager) for their hard work. We had a fantastic time and we will certainly return!

“All Your staff are amazing 5 star”

Yes this hotel bathrooms need updating, the bedrooms are a good size good view and lovely and clean that’s the main thing , the girls at guest relations,Emma ect ,could not do enough for us , all the staff are really friendly, & knew our drinks before we sat down ,we had a wonderful time and met… more

Yes this hotel bathrooms need updating, the bedrooms are a good size good view and lovely and clean that’s the main thing , the girls at guest relations,Emma ect ,could not do enough for us , all the staff are really friendly, & knew our drinks before we sat down ,we had a wonderful time and met some lovely people even some who could not speak English , thank you all for making our holiday a memorable one , we have been Egypt a few times ,found this one the best .

“Okay but dated”

We stayed at the Oasis for 8 days in February. The check in process was terrible. Said we had not paid yet had sent an email stating our balance as 0. Spent over an hour at 2am resolving the issue. We stayed at the Oasis for 8 days in February. The check in process was terrible. Said we had not paid yet had sent an email stating our balance as 0. Spent over an hour at 2am resolving the issue. Our room was fine dated but okay. The resort is very large and needs some infrastructure updates. The food was okay we enjoyed the Pub for beers and munchies. Great service. The language barrier is difficult. We were the only Americans there a few Britt’s and a lot of Germans. Was hard to avoid the smoking population.
