⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consistently Improving Hotel with Excellent Hospitality This is my third stay at Parrotel Beach Hotel, and I’m once again impressed. Each visit shows clear improvements and attention to guest experience. The reception area has been expanded, now with a bar, making it more comfortable and lively. Rooms are cleaner and more renovated, reflecting real effort to upgrade the stay. Highlights include the heated swimming pool by the beach, the jacuzzi at the spa, and excellent snorkeling with beautiful coral reefs and diverse fish. Being in the Nabq Protected Area makes it truly special. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdel Ghaffar (Office Manager) for his professionalism, Mr. Sayed Khayri (F&B Manager) for his dedication, and Mr. Reda at reception for a smooth and friendly check-in. Overall, I highly recommend Parrotel Beach Hotel and look forward to returning

“Excellent”

We have just arrived home from our lovely stay at Parrotel Beach Resort. Our rooms were lovely and the food was excellent. My only complaint was the alcohol, this was not the best. “Wow!!!”

Wow!!! Just got back from an amazing 2 week holiday at this hotel!! Every single staff member was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us!! We were honestly treated like royalty!! Wow!!! Just got back from an amazing 2 week holiday at this hotel!! Every single staff member was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us!! We were honestly treated like royalty!! A few staff members went above and beyond for us and they deserve a special mention..... Esmail from the seafood restaurant and the main restaurant was the most genuine nicest guy ever!! He made us feel like we were his family and he was brilliant throughout our whole holiday!! Thank u for everything u did for us Esmail ❤️ also momo from the animation team was absolutely incredible with our autistic 10 year old girl, he made her feel so special, and she's already missing him so much!! Mohammad from the beach bar was also brilliant with our whole family ❤️ our room cleaner for room 2106 was so good and left us amazing towel art everyday! The chef at the pool snack bar was also fantastic and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we could want!! Every staff member here was the best staff and gave us the best service we have ever had from any hotel!! This was our 1st time in Eygpt and certainly won't be our last!! We are coming back to this hotel in December! It was an amazing holiday!! Thank you all so so much

“Perfect January getaway”

Location- The hotel is 10 minutes by private transfer from Sharm airport. Outside the hotel there are many different shops selling souvenirs, snacks, supermarkets and excursions. Out the hotel and turn right is the main strip of Nabq Bay. Here you will find more shops, hotels, bars, restaurants and banks (Misr Bank- free to withdraw money using revolut and monzo). Hard Rock is approx. 30 minute walk along with McDonald's and KFC. There are many taxi's that drive up and down the road but make sure to agree a price before getting in or you can use the app InDrive which is like uber. Check in/Check out- Check in is at 14:00 and check out is 12:00. If you want to extend your room for a late check out this is possible at an extra cost and must be organised one day before providing they have rooms spare. After check out you are allowed to keep your bands and continue to use the facilities until you leave. There is a luggage room also. Rooms- This hotel is spread over multiple blocks across the hotel. Rooms have recently been updated and are modern. Within the room there is a safe which is free to use, shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser. A kettle with tea, coffee, creamer and bottled water are replenished every day. Our room was 1258 which is the block closest to reception and overlooks the pool/garden area. It contained one king size bed along with a table and chairs and a balcony with two more chairs.. There is a TV which has multiple languages available and can also be cast/mirror if you want to watch your own films from your device. The hotel has Wifi for free and the signal in this room was strong. Beach- The beach here is divided into three sections for the three different hotels with Parotel beach section to the right. There are plenty of sun beds all with comfortable mattresses, wind brakes and umbrellas. There is a beach bar and snack bar available there too. The water is shallow but in places it has coral so it's advisable to wear beach shoes. There is a pier to walk down and snorkeling off the end of where there are loads of fish and live coral. There are also life guards at the end of the pier and a rope to hold onto if you don't feel comfortable swimming in deep open water. You can change your towels daily from the hut on the beach. During the day the entertainment team have lots of activities to join in with. There is a beach volleyball court, beach football and table tennis available to use all day. Pool- The hotel has 2 main outdoor pools and a small indoor heated pool. The main has plenty of sun beds and a drinks bar and snack bar very close but no swim up bar. You can change towels here daily. The main pool is large however not heated and varies in depth up to 176cm. There is a shallow baby pool under cover to the side. Near the beach there is a further heated pool which is where the foam party takes place. This is not a deep pool and at its deepest is around 1m. Here there are some beds and umbrellas and all pools had life guards. They are open from 08:00 until sunset. Food/Drink- This hotel is a typical all inclusive hotel with a variety of drinks however using their local brands of alcohol for free. If you prefer branded alcohol you can buy this duty free at the airport or there are some at the hotel for an extra charge. There are cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks available from all 4 bars. You can get alcohol up until midnight but soft drinks available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all served in the main restaurant. Breakfast consisted of omelettes and fried eggs on request along with fruit, yogurt, salad, cold meats and cheeses, a bakery and some warm dishes such as oats, chicken sausage, vegetables and boiled eggs. Lunch and dinner had a similar style with bakery, salads, soups, chips, pasta made to order and several hot dishes. These changed slightly each night but were always rice, fish, pasta, potatoes, veg and beef dishes. They were tasty and of good quality. The staff within the restaurant were very helpful, polite and always keeping the area clean. They made the dining experience an enjoyable one and couldn't do enough to help. There are 2 à la Carte Sea food and Italian. You get one visit per 7 days and these are booked via the guest relations or reception. We tried both of these but found the sea food one to be of better quality and flavour. It's a nice romantic setting near the beach and a better variety of food. There is a pizza restaurant that's open daily near the spa. There is a choice of pizza and calzone and they are made fresh. The snack bar is near the pool and serves burgers, chips, pizza and salad. This is also the same place to get a late breakfast. Animation/Entertainment- There is an animation team every day and they have different programmes and things to do. There is stretching, yoga, darts, volleyball and they bring in different themes and outside entertainment to change things up during the day for example we had a carnival show one day. One point of advice would be to improve the snooker table and buy more bocce balls. When laying on the beach all three hotels seem to have loud music playing but all playing different songs. This makes it very hard to relax at times due to this mash up of music. In the main lobby there are plenty of comfortable sofa and chairs to sit on in the evening. Around the walls there are multiple TV's showing football or other sports. Staff- The real heroes of this hotel are the staff. This is probably the best staff we have encountered in any of our holidays. They cannot do enough for you and are always smiling, happy and willing to help and give you a high quality service. A tip goes a long way here so please remember this. Special thanks goes to Mohammed and Alaa- house keeping, Mahmood- main restaurant, Mohammed- beach bar man and Mohammed Halim. Svetlana in guest relations and Reda front office manager were very helpful and if you have any questions or issues these are the people to ask. I would recommend this amazing hotel for couples or families or even on your own. It's close to the airport, on the beach and walking distance to the shops. We will be returning and cannot wait.
