This is our 5th time at this hotel 3 when it was the hyatt and twice since it changed to park regency. It was once a luxury resort but don't let that put you off. It is still a fabulous place the food is plentiful with good choices you would have to be really picky not to find something you would like. There is an outside barbecue every night cooking either fresh fish or meat. If you want a full English breakfast forget it try something different as the manager hasseim who was wonderful to us so helpful and kind he will get you a real Egyptian breakfast which is really tasty. There is a station though cooking fried eggs and omelets and a lovely lady making fresh bread I recommend you try the round biscuit type looking things with sesame seeds on they are to die for especially with a bit of jam. There are all different flavoured yoghurt and cereal granola etc all really tasty. Also a toasties station if you fancy a cheese and ham toasties. Also a fruit station if you want a fresh fruit salad. Harafh was wonderful too in the evening treat us like royalty. But our favourite will always be mosalam the manager at the beach bar. He is the kindest most efficient and knowledgeable man in the entire hotel. He should be the hotel manager, he has it all especially customer service in buckets full. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he will go above and beyond to make sure you are having a good time and getting everything you need.the pool guys are fantastic especially mohamad. You will probably meet Hamny he is in of the spa guys who will try to sell you a massage just tell him tracie from England with the black hair says to give you the best price or else! Lol! They do come round a lot but they are all really nice and I fo recommend you have a full medical massage it's amazing. Just haggle the price. The middle pool is heated the top and bottom are not but if you are brave like me you can stand it's one of those it's not too bad once you are in lol! The rooms are very clean but dated, but in sating that everything does what it is supposed to do. The water is hot in the shower the TV works and so does the air con the bed is super comfy and big enough for 4 so what more do you want. You are not going to be sat in your room all day are you? And if you did it is still lovely and comfortable. Who cares about the colour scheme or a bit of a chipped tile. I recommend coming when it's quieter though January Time is good its cheaper and thr weather just right for me tops 26 low of 21. Night time is cooler so bring a jacker. Nothing more to be said just come and try yourself rdelf happy holiday x
