A wonderful hotel. I stay here every year. It's a wonderful place, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly. You really feel like a guest here. My deepest personal thanks to Yaroslava, who quickly and efficiently resolves all issues and is always available. This is an example of genuine care for the hotel's guests. It's a very convenient location. The hotel is located in the center of the city's main street. There's no need to go anywhere. The other hotels will look worse than the Novotel. The entire hotel is always illuminated at night. You can easily find it and not confuse it with any other hotel. The color is a pleasant blue and gold. The atmosphere in the hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. There is a sense of calm activity. There is no rush from people in January. The rooms are top-notch. The room is large, with a separate toilet and a separate shower with a sink. The room has everything you need. There is tea, coffee, and water. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, and a safe. The room has a convenient arrangement of shelves for your belongings. Two suitcases can be placed in the room without taking up any space. There are two large beds with large blankets and comfortable pillows, which are placed side by side, making it the perfect choice for a couple. Each room has its own small terrace with chairs and a table. You can sit and enjoy the clear blue sky in the evening. The sunsets are very mild. We came right after the New Year and used a travel agency. The price is definitely higher than in the regular season. However, if you come at the beginning of the season, which is March, the price is three times cheaper. The hotel is clean and fast. The hotel staff is trying hard, and they have regular training programs for their employees, which is evident in the overall performance. I wish them to continue developing in this area, as well as learning about the guests who visit their hotel. For example, in honor of Orthodox Christmas, they organized a massive buffet in a separate tent for several hundred people. It was a magnificent event. Every evening, there is a children's and adult entertainment program. The hotel is very welcoming to both parents with children and couples. I would like to mention that the all-inclusive service, especially on the beach, is very fast and of high quality. I would like to thank the guys at the drinks and snacks counter. The beach is clean, and clean towels are provided quickly. And of course, I would like to mention and thank all the chefs at Novotel. Every day, we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. We were amazed by the variety of European and Arabic cuisine. We will be happy to return to this wonderful place. Thank you, Novotel Sharm Al Sheikh!

I have been staying at the Novotel Beach Hotel for eight years now. I really like that the hotel is small, cozy, and very comfortable. I really like the hotel staff. They are welcoming, always polite. Pleasant animators. Especially Olga has shown a particularly high level of professionalism. I would also like to mention the reception staff. Among the administrative staff, I would like to mention Jaroslava. the reception staff’s very rude and grumpy, the animators and waiters are amazing tho, very friendly and open to communication. boring kitchen, always the same breakfast but the evening meals are ok and the alcohol is kept in plastic bottles so it’s not the best quality and tastes, honestly, really bad. very disappointed with the fact that they won’t let you have free access to the restaurant after you check out cuz we had to wait here outside for 12 hours and were not able to eat without paying big amount of money (no normal hotel does that to their clients). the rooms are small and the ventilation system has a disgusting smell so whenever you turn the AC on the room smells of onions. had to open the windows and got mosquito bites. if you have the budget to go to a better hotel, you definitely should.
