We stayed at the Invidia Coral Beach Tiran Resort from the 1st to the 8th of December 2025, arriving from London Gatwick South Terminal. Overall, we had a memorable holiday, largely due to the incredible team working there, though there are some specific points about the facilities that future guests should know. Staff and Service
 The service here is truly exceptional. The reception team was very welcoming; Hamada met us on arrival and efficiently resolved our initial issues, while Ramez was very helpful in arranging checkout on our final day. Our room (4125) was kept pristine by Mahmoud, who was exceptional - always attentive to our requests and ready to help. The Lobby Bar (Mokka Cafe) team was fantastic. Mohamed Elsayed Emam is professional and quick, and Meron is a standout host - he speaks fluent Russian among other languages, has great humour, and always made us feel welcome. Romany and Keronos also deserve praise for their excellent service. Dining
 The food in the main restaurant was of consistently good quality. We appreciated that they vary the international cuisines every day of the week, with the seafood dinner being a particular highlight for us. The experience was made better by the staff. Kamel, the restaurant manager, is a perfect manager - smart, polite, and knowledgeable. Abdo makes the best black coffee and treated us like family. We also want to thank Hossam (who served us dinner on the 3rd of December), as well as waiters Mahmoud and Mohamed, who were always helpful with a smile. Beach and Pools
 Regarding the facilities, there are important things to note. The hotel has two piers (one permanent and one pontoon), which are great for diving, but there is no sandy area on the beach and no gradual access to the water. This is something families with small children should be aware of. Furthermore, the swimming pools were a disadvantage. They were not heated during our stay. We checked the temperature daily, but it was too cold to enjoy. This was problematic on stormy days when there was a red flag on the beach: with no access to the sea and no heated pool option, we were left with nowhere to swim. It’s also worth mentioning the large number of mosquitoes in the evening. Because of this, it was impossible to sleep with the windows open - enjoying fresh air at night was simply not realistic. We had to use the air conditioning in the room, but even at the lowest setting it was quite noisy and disturbed our sleep. Sometimes we fell asleep on the beach during the day because we didn't sleep well at night. This was the only significant discomfort we experienced in the room. Entertainment
 The evening entertainment was generally very basic. However, we did enjoy a fire show one night which was absolutely fantastic and definitely worth seeing. Despite the issues with the pools, the warmth of the staff made our stay special.
