Needs an update to rooms , in general very dated.would not take much to make this place better. Food good and varied.staff friendly and helpful. We had no hot water when we arrived and the maintenance man came straight away and fixed it with half an hour. Shower tray leaking and had obviously been previously resiliconed, but very poorly.owner sits in restaurant most nights but doesn't talk to guests , so doesnt get any feedback and obviously never inspects the place in detail.excellent beach shuttle service, picking you back up on time. Very few brits here it's mainly Russians, who have a tenancy to ignore queueing for meals and filling their plates with all the cakes so none are left for the rest of us and stay up drinking and being noisy until 2am most nights Entertainment team are around 20 years old and make a lot of effort, but music in the daytime is too loud and aimed at their generation not the customers. Overall a good stay and weather around 24 degrees certainly better than 4 degrees in uk. Would recommend going to el fanar beach where you can snorkel and see loads of colourful fish, there is no need to book a boat trip to see exactly the same thing. Would not probably come back to this hotel for the above reasons but would definitely come back to sharm at this time of year

“Relaxing holiday”

Enjoyed my holiday, was very relaxing. Lovely pool area. Food was good but poor choice protein wise for vegetarians Rooms were clean Mosquitoes were a problem Helpful and friendly staff

This hotel is, at best, a 3-star and very average in every way. This hotel is, at best, a 3-star and very average in every way. The rooms are dated and dark, and unlike many hotels, if you book a double, you’ll get two singles unless you upgrade, which we had to do. Only a small number of staff were friendly, which is unusual based on our five previous trips to Egypt where hospitality was always excellent. Here, staff seemed to focus on where the tips were, and several British couples we spoke to felt they were treated differently than other nationalities. The towel attendants and duty manager at reception were particularly unfriendly, and reception wasn’t helpful with our room issues. Our room was in a quiet, dark corner, with broken lights and terrible TV reception. The entertainment team was okay but repetitive, with music sometimes far too loud. Bar staff were hit-or-miss, and the bar area in the mornings was always dirty from the night before. Drinks came in tiny plastic cups—no pint glasses—and the menu was extremely limited. Food was plentiful but basic, and the hotel’s use of plastic was excessive. In December, the pool was too cold to use. We enjoyed the New Year’s celebrations but had to pay for drinks after 11, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive. The location is reasonable, a short taxi ride to Old Town and Naama Bay, but there’s little within walking distance. Would not recommend or return Im afraid there are better hotels for a better price.
