Tamar…. Very very polite…always in a positive attitude. Always were helpful and kind…the hotel was very nice..if we needed anything we had the request sorted quickly…overall Gerry good experience

“Great hotel and amazing friendly staff”
My experience here was great. The customer service is amazing, the staff go above and beyond. I will definitely be back again, I cannot fault the hotel and the service.

“Nice”
Lovely time very good personel as staff were friendly, food was good especially italian restaurant and there is another one oriental. The room was okay and housekeeper was helpful.
