This was truly the most beautiful vacation we have ever had, and it was all thanks to the incredible people who made our stay unforgettable.✨ From the very beginning, everything felt special. A huge thank you to Hassan, who did an outstanding job as Duty Manager. He treated us exceptionally well, always professional, warm, and attentive. He was constantly checking in on us, helping with every question or request, and making sure our holiday was absolutely perfect. His presence and care really made us feel valued and relaxed throughout our stay. Kalidh deserves a special mention as the best bartender we have ever met. His cocktails were simply amazing, perfectly balanced, creative, and always served with a big smile and great energy. You can truly feel the passion he puts into his work, and every drink felt like a little experience on its own. Another standout person was Samir, the waiters’ manager, an incredible human being full of energy and positivity. Always welcoming us with his famous “Yalla Habibi”, he brought joy and warmth wherever he went. His enthusiasm is contagious, and you can clearly see how well his team is trained and motivated thanks to him. He truly made every meal feel special. A massive thank you to the entire entertainment team for the unforgettable evenings and the dances they taught us. We are leaving with the most beautiful memories and so many laughs. You are truly the best at what you do, especially Kareem and Didi, who brought so much energy, fun, and incredible vibes every single night. We would also like to thank the food and restaurant team, who took amazing care of us throughout the entire stay. Every mealtime was a real treat. There was so much choice of fresh, home cooked food, both local and international, all beautifully presented. What truly stood out for us, compared to any other hotel we have stayed at, was the fact that every single item was always fully stocked. Nothing ever seemed to run out, and if it did, someone was immediately there to refill it. Breakfast was exceptional. There were always freshly squeezed juices available, a huge variety of options, and the omelette station was a highlight. The chef making the omelettes was absolutely amazing, flipping them in the air with such skill and a smile, it was a joy to watch and the omelettes tasted incredible. And if you don’t have time to make it to breakfast, you can easily order it to your room. We had the most beautiful breakfast served on our terrace, with a stunning view, peaceful atmosphere, and delicious food. It was honestly one of the nicest breakfasts we have ever had. The hotel is perfectly located, with direct access to the beach. The beach is clean, well maintained, and absolutely beautiful. The staff are always around, ready to help with anything you need, at any moment. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location itself feels more than five stars, it truly feels like a dream destination. Everywhere you go, people are kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. The lobby bar is great, very chilled, comfortable, and convenient, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The Mermaid Bar on the top floor of the main building is absolutely lovely, modern, stylish, with beautiful seating, a dancefloor, and a stage where the evening entertainment takes place. The atmosphere there in the evenings is fantastic. Every evening there is an entertainment show with an amazing atmosphere from every point of view. Each night is different, lively, fun, and you can also enjoy shisha while relaxing and watching the shows. The hotel also has shops where you can find souvenirs, clothes, and do some shopping without even leaving the resort. There are also three additional restaurants that you can use once during your stay, which can be booked easily through the app. We tried the Mexican and the Indian restaurants, both of which were very good and a nice change from the main restaurant. Turkish night is also highly recommended if you want to feel like you are in Turkey for the evening, the food and atmosphere are fantastic. Overall, we felt absolutely amazing here and truly had the time of our lives. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the staff, to the food, the location, and the atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts.✨✨✨

Exceptional hotel in every way!! The hotel decor was attractive but not too garish, and the hotel was the perfect size as some in the area seem to be gigantic. Everything about our stay at the hotel was perfect. Checking in and out was effortless, the amenities, staff, cleanliness, beautiful well kept gardens and all services were second to none. Location: The hotel is located with direct access to the beach on a beautiful small bay south of Hurghada. It felt quite exclusive and with a lovely promenade along the whole beach. The small town of Sahl Hasheesh at the northern end of the bay is nice, although the hotel has everything you need. With a reef directly off the beach in front of the hotel, this part of the bay is not the best for a swim, although at high tide you could definitely have a dip, however a short walk along the beach and the sea was deep enough to swim. The hotel owned jetty is long and reaches right out across the reef, and I have to say i've never seen water as clean and crystal clear as here. Snorkelling is amazing and well managed by the lifeguards. Take your own snorkels though as the ones sold in the hotel shopping centre were approx £30!! Rooms: Very lovely large and comfortable rooms with excellent en-suites with hot water in the lovely shower at all times. There's also a bath if you want one. We stayed in rooms 1033 and 1032 and housekeeping by Timu was perfect. He made so much effort everyday ensuring the rooms were spotless, fridge and tea and coffee facilities well stocked and made up with gorgeous artistic towel creations :) We loved our location on the ground floor near, but not too near, the swimming pool and not far from the beach. Food: Wow! Every meal time was a treat. So much choice of homecooked, fresh foods, both local and international. What stood out for us over any hotel we have stayed at before was the fact that every single item of food on offer was completely stocked up at all times - nothing seemed to run out and as soon as it did, someone was refilling it! There are always freshly squeezed juices at breakfast, different yoghurts, local honey, eggs, waffles and breakfasts from all over the world, 2 soup choices at lunch and dinner, loads of different home made breads, fresh salads of every imaginable type on at least two counters, hundreds of different cheeses, lots of different fresh fruits, and 2 + counters of desserts and lots lots more. Some nights there were themes which added to the variety including seafood with tuna steaks, calamari and large gambas all cooked on the outside BBQ grills. One night there was a chocolate fountain with endless supplies of juicy strawberries! What was also very important to us was every food item had allergen/ingredient lists. My husband is coeliac and this could not be more important. There were lots of gluten free options and he always had lots of choice. This is the first hotel he's stayed at in years where he's not been ill from contamination! Amenities: Bars - the lobby bar is great. Very chilled and convenient. The Mermaid bar on the top floor of the main building is lovely and modern with lovely seating, dancefloor and stage where the evening entertainment is held. It has a small bar area and adjacent inside but outside area (rooftop but with covers and heaters) so you can smoke and there's a shisha bar too. Pool bars - 2 of these around the main pool area with cocktails, beer, wine, hot drinks and soft drinks. Beach bar - along the promenade. The bar staff are so lovely and the service exceptional. Restaurants - two large rooms for the buffet restaurant. We never struggled to find a table and there's seating outside too. The staff were so friendly and attentive, taking drinks orders, clearing plates efficiently and ensuring the restaurants are always clean and welcoming. Snack bars are located at the lower pool and slide pool with basic but sufficient snacks including fries, burgers and ciabattas. There are also 3 other restaurants which you can use once during the stay (book using the app). We went to the Mexican and Indian which were both good and made a change. We didn't go to the Italian, but it looked nice. Pools - we loved the pools. The top infinity pool wasn't heated, so empty, but the lower pools were heated and perfect for a swim, particularly towards the end of the day when the sun had gone behind the hotel. The towel service, also amazing with an endless supply of clean and often still warm towels. Enough sunbeds for everyone all around the pool - which we did move around throughout the day to follow the sun (we were there in winter). Beach - tons of sunbeds and platforms with umbrellas and wind breaks, lots of lifeguards and staff bringing drinks from the beach bar. Spotless and well looked after. Kids club - we didn't use this as mine are teenagers but there seemed to be lots going on and a lovely area. Entertainment - lots of different activities on throughout the day including stretching, yoga, darts, beach volleyball, aqua exercise and much more. There's also a tennis court which we didn't use but i think you can borrow rackets and balls from reception. Entertainment from outside groups every night in the Mermaid bar, including belly dancing, acrobatics, singers, musicians, dancers etc. Staff: There are so many members of staff at the hotel, all of whom were so attentive, friendly, and hard working including reception, bar staff, waiters, housekeeping, cleaners, gardeners, chefs, managers, animation staff, lifeguards etc. The hotel has got to be one of the most well managed hotels i've ever stayed at. It is run like clockwork, with obviously amazing behind the scenes management and I cannot fault it in any way. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely relaxing January break at the Tropitel. The weather was fantastic & the pool & sea were warm enough to get in. The staff at the hotel were so friendly & polite, nothing was too much trouble. I had a problem with oat & soya milk & Hassan made sure there was always some behind the bar… more

We had a lovely relaxing January break at the Tropitel. The weather was fantastic & the pool & sea were warm enough to get in. The staff at the hotel were so friendly & polite, nothing was too much trouble. I had a problem with oat & soya milk & Hassan made sure there was always some behind the bar for me. We also had his Whatssap number for any problems or questions which felt very nice, although we didn’t have any problems. We stayed in a club room which was very big, we were very happy with our room & the hotel. The animation team were also excellent. So very friendly without being pushy. We would recommend this hotel 100% & plan to revisit early part of next year , if not before. Plenty going on but also a relaxing break. We would also 100% recommend the trip to the island to snorkel with EasyJet ( Travco) & hiring a golf cart to ride up the strip . Can’t wait to go back again.

“Very nice sunshine break when it was raining at home.”

Very impressed with the hotel. And the staff were excellent. From Hassan who checked us in. To Mohammed our room cleaner who went out of his way to find us softer pillows for the beds. Will definitely be returning.
