“Hidden gems”

Stay at titanic beach and aqua spa hotel for 10 days in January very quickly check in bell boy escorted to my room was given free upgrade to deluxe room near the pool area the deluxe room very spacious and light open bathroom area with shower cubicle and separate toilet 2 double beds with flat screen TV mount on the wall had free safe inside wardrobe plenty of space for clothes in the wardrobe the room had coffee and tea with kettle and a fridge with bottles of water and soft drinks restock daily towels charge daily the room on ground floor near the pool. The main restaurant very large area with outdoor seating with few outdoor cooking stations for every meal time plenty of choice even for fussy people good quality food and the dessert was amazing the restaurant can be very busy at times staff constantly cleaning the tables and staff very friendly. I don't use the aqua park but was open in January and some pools was heated the hotel had plenty of space area the pool and gardens the garden maintenance everyday and the pool cleaned every morning. The hotel was direct to the beach with beach restaurant and bar with toilet facilities l didn't eat at beach restaurant as too many birds flying around the restaurant and touched food unattended I witnessed it. The beach sun loungers plenty with a long jetty part of the hotel you've can walk in the sea safe as not deep water. The hotel entertainment team very active all day different events around the hotel the night entertainment advantage not the best and nightclub same music every night not the best. The hotel offer different restaurants Italian Lebanese Indian mexican grilled Chinese and Japanese restaurants you could book every night . The hotel shared facilities with sister hotel titanic palace massive hotel was big bonus both hotels have swim up rooms and palace hotel had bungalows in the pool adults only. Outside the hotel is plenty of shopping nearby cheaper than the hotel shops I recommend the fixed price shops. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel as plenty of facilities and good beach area and good location near hurghada city centre and near the airport.

“10/10 Would recommend”

Very clean hotel, food was great, room cleaning was amazing by 169 Ahmed, thanks to him we always had a cozy place to stay :)

“Not Good for Solos Travellers but good for Families”

It is the only time I have really wanted to go home from Hurghada. The hotel is really nice but not for a solo traveller. The waiter service on the 5 times I have visited other hotels in Hurghada has been far superior. Because this hotel is so vast you get missed and overlooked. You feel like an inconvenience to the waiters who after the first night have ignored me. No drinks have been brought to me or I haven't even been asked if I want any around the pool or in the restaurant. This is a problem for a solo traveller more than a couple or families as keeping your seat while going also to the bar can be a challenge. I actually had a drink waiter in the Titanic Palace ( you can use both hotels) shout WHAT at me 5 times yesterday. The orange juice drink he then brought gave me extreme tummy problems all night so I obviously upset him by asking for a drink. If you are a family the hotel is very good. The water slides look fun. A lot of the pools are heated and there is entertainment every night. Aqua gym, Zumba, darts, stretching, inflatables and a foam party happen during the day. The food in the Titanic Palace is better than the Titanic Beach. Some of the items are marked with allergen stickers but it's hit and miss with the salads and puddings. I require gluten free. The chef on the carvery in the Palace self service was very good to me and would point out the few things I could have for mains. My favourite restaurant was the Lebanese/Mongolian. The maitre d would greet me with a smile and I would get a drink brought straight away. I knew the food would not make me bad and it was tasty. The Indian restaurant was also good. The ATMs in the hotel have stopped changing English money higher than a £10. Cleaning in the public toilets isn't very good but everywhere else is spotless. Bed linen could do with an upgrade. You cannot swim in the sea as it is too far out and I got bitten every time I went onto the beach. The mosquitos are a problem. I saw one family covered in bites. To conclude I wouldn't visit again as a solo traveller but it is good for families.
