Very nice resort/hotel, just a couple of steps away from ElGouna downtown. Clean resort, super friendly staff and outstanding food choice. We had a lot of fun with the Peanutsbar bar men Thatwat, Hany and Nader! Perfect price/quality ratio. We'll come back!

the second time I have come to the resort, the first time was on my own waiting to board a diving liveaboard in may 2022, this time I came with my whole family of 14 including 6 children, we all had a great time, three of the children got certified at Dream Team divers on site, the children enjoyed the slides, the varied buffet that catered to their needs, including the egyptian specialties; meloheya one night, foul medames with all the spices every morning (no spices with foul on the cruise boat), the adults also enjoyed the resort, rooms very clean and comfortable; personnel efficient, Peanut bar very handy, communication with customer service ahead of the stay was excellent, big effort of the hotel for year's eve it was a great success. of course a majority of Germans and Dutch guests, No negatives

“Nice hotel with lovely service, but bad animation team”

Went to this hotel with 2 friends one month ago. This was our first time in Egypt and we stayed at this hotel for 8 days. When we arrived in the evening we could still have some dinner, that was very nice because it was already late. Our room was near the dolphin pool, very clean room and enough space! It was cleaned everyday. In the hotel stay we really enjoyed the restaurant, food was good and the staff is very nice and helpful, we had one waiter on our stay and he gave us drinks every time we sat down at our table, the service was really good in the restaurant so we gave the waiter a tip every time. Some sales people walk around in the hotel but if you say no it is not a problem. We did one excursion, a boat trip with snorkling, would recommend! So beautiful but the water was a little bit cold since we went in the morning. After dinner me and my friends sometimes went in the peanuts bar, the staff behind the bar is really kind and makes nice cocktails with some fruit also. But at the third night we went in the peanuts bar and there was this guy from the animation team, he tried to talk to my friend. She came to me and she said he kept asking her out but she did not want to go because she is also just 18 and she is not interested. The next evening the same thing happened but this time he also asked me so now it was getting annoying, because we did not want go. He was very pushy and flirting with us, and i think also with a lot of other girls because we saw that he walked up to every young girl in the hotel also during the day at the pool. We know it is normal for most animation staff to socialize with guests, but he was mostly talking to only young girls and after we said no several times he kept trying and being really disrespectful about it. He was very rude to us after he noticed we were not interested. We went to the reception to mention this and to say that we feel it is not okay for someone that works here to be like this, but the guy from the reception said he can't do anything about it. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe and it is not acceptable for hotel staff to behave this way, especially after being clearly rejected. I remember his name as simo. Except this we enjoyed the vacation, my friends and I want to go back someday but we are having serious doubts because of all what happened and we feel like that the hotel does not take us serious.
