This is not a typical "gold'n'shine" pumped design hotel - this is a truly well designed with Egyptian style, yet modern and functional spacious hotel. Territory: is extremely well kept on daily basis, lots of space to get lost and find quiet corners. At the same time all areas are easily accessible. Areas are design with Egyptian spirit to represent different parts of Egypt, yet all is blended into one theme. Beach: sandy wide enough, good wind protection barriers, comfortable space between sunbeds, sunbeds are soft and staff at the beach covers them with fresh towels, glass cleaning service, drinks ands snacks are served continuously. Bars: superb, with internal competition who makes best cocktails. Hotels has a unique skill - a fully dedicated cocktail mixologist, that focuses on quality cocktails. Restaurants: main restaurant serves only fresh food cocked at serving, with food stations of multiple different national foods selections daily. Serving is fantastic, truly good coffee and table service if you just ask for it. All of that is combined with extremely friendly and caring attitude, that I have not seen on most top level hotel anywhere in the world. On evenings there are dedicated restaurants, each with own vibe and design and food and drinks - and it is not "remake" of main resto kitchen, but prepared onsite by the menu dishes, that you do not find in other restaurants. Rooms: physically very clean, highly functional, lots of space, beds are 5+, sheets and towels changed at any request or daily, ventilation and AC is quiet. Rooftop restaurant: is a special location with the best view of the sunset and sunrise. Every evening events and singes and musicians. Excellent for loud evening. Communication: hotel app works without any delays - just write a message if need help, or request, or book activities. Activities: every day is packed with various activates for kids and adults, but they are not noisy, nor pushy - they are scattered around the hotel territory, so for many people just do not notice those if stay at the pool or beach full day. Music: this is another 5+ feature of the hotel. in the corridors there are sounds of forest birds, in all areas different music is playing all day long, but only Arabic-themed, no cheesy pop hits of 90s :) Naz nigh club: special "hidden" gem of the hotel - own knight club with dancing, music, cocktails, cigars and outstanding ambience of a true jazz / nigh club. Staff: this is a separate achievement worth a gold medal in hospitality industry - everyone is smiling to each other, staff is not stressed, therefore they have time to take care of each guest. Managers are seen during the day and evenings everywhere around the hotel, dining with guests, supervising food, cleaning services, improvements, having work discussion etc. General manager makes regular trips around the area speaking with guests and listening to them.
