Exceptional Winter Sun & World-Class Hospitality at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace 🌟 My partner Marina and I (Adrian) just returned to the UK after a perfect all-inclusive week at the Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort. We came for the winter sun, but we’re leaving with wonderful memories of a truly exceptional hotel. Outstanding Service & Personal Touches The staff are the heartbeat of this resort. Our host, Kareem, was incredibly accommodating, even arranging a late checkout so we could soak up every last drop of sun before our flight. A huge thank you to Mostafa, who looked after our room daily—his attention to detail was amazing, and our room was always spacious and spotless. Even the evening security team deserves a mention for being so respectful and friendly during our nightly walks. A Culinary Journey The food was consistently great, but two experiences stood out: Breakfast: We looked forward to seeing Manal, our "Omelette Lady," every morning. She has the most infectious smile and started our days perfectly. Birthday Celebrations: The team at the Asian Restaurant made my birthday (Adrian) unforgettable with a cake and a traditional Egyptian birthday song. I felt truly celebrated! The Manohar Experience (Our Favorite!) We loved the Indian restaurant, Manohar, so much that we ate there three times! A special shout-out to the chefs in the open-plan kitchen. Watching them prepare our meals with such skill and authentic flair was a highlight of our evenings. If you appreciate spice and authentic flavors, this restaurant is a 100% must-visit. The Resort & Grounds Our ground-floor standard double room was perfectly situated with a veranda leading straight onto one of the pools. The resort layout is beautiful, especially the walk along the Marina for the sea views. We also spent plenty of time at the beach—the loungers there are incredibly comfortable and the beach team was very attentive. We appreciated the "red flag" system for total peace, though even without them, the team was never overly persistent. Seamless Adventures The hotel team made our excursions to the Valley of the Kings in Luxor and our horse riding in the sea totally stress-free, providing breakfast boxes for our early start and making sure all our details were noted for our safe return. Final Verdict We prefer a quieter holiday, and visiting outside of peak season was exactly what we needed. There isn’t a single negative thing we can say. We are sad to leave, but we will definitely be back. Thank you to Kareem, Mostafa, Manal, and the entire Sunrise Mamlouk Palace team for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Sunrise Mamlouk Resort Hotel in Hurghada. My girlfriend and I spent a week there. Our husbands and children were at home. It was wonderful! 😀 It's a beautiful resort, and everything is well-organized. It's clean, and the food is amazing, varied, and of excellent quality. What also really stands out is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and make your holiday extra enjoyable. Abdo often helped us on the terrace and gave us delicious drinks. He was very kind. The entertainment team is also great. We participated in the karaoke night, the music quiz, and aqua aerobics. Victor, Dennis, Mido and other were especially kind and enthusiastic. They really made our holiday even more enjoyable. I never go to the same place twice on holiday, but my girlfriend and I have already planned to go again next year. We also took a private boat trip with Ahmed from Unique Tours. I had such a great stay at Mamlouk place and would most definitely recommend this hotel! As soon as I arrived the reception staff were very friendly. Kareem from Guest Relations was very welcoming and so helpful explaining lots of information about the hotel. He went above and beyond with organising one of the a la carte restaurants for me and also helped to arrange a lunch box, this was so helpful and made my stay more relaxed. The animation team are great and provided lots of information about what activites and events were going on in the hotel. The kids club and mini disco was excellent and had a really good programme with activities such as pizza and cookie making. Special mention to Yulia who was so kind, fun and patient with the children as well as being professional and had so much energy and was always smiling. Whilst on holiday I visited the Mexican a la carte restaurant, the food was delicious and presesnted very well. The staff were very friendly and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. You can use the facilities of the hotel next door (garden beach) which is also a really nice hotel! Overall I would Mamlouk is a very good hotel, great value for money. The food was continuously nice, the hotel is clean, comfortable, a lovley environment and I would definitely recommend it for all, couples, families or Solo travellers. I have booked you stay again!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The hotel was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of variety and great quality every day. Room service was excellent, and coming back to the room to find cute towel animals on our bed was such a lovely touch that made each day extra special. Another highlight was the animation team as they were so fun, energetic, and inclusive, encouraging us to join in on activities like dancing, archery, tennis, darts, yoga, and even beer pong. There was always something enjoyable to do, and they made everyone feel involved. Overall, an unforgettable stay with great service, fun activities, and a fantastic atmosphere. We would happily return!
